7 months agoAll I can say is I'm glad they are finally going out of business. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They might have nice furnitures but if they don't treat their customer with respect they don't deserve any business. The moment we walked in I could feel the distaste in the old salesman's eyes after he saw my 3 year old son. He then proceeded to basically walk behind us and gawk at us the entire time and at the end yelled at me and my son: I told you at least 10 times to watch out!! When he was just walking next to a rail with my supervision. Oh, and all he kept on saying was: so which one are you gonna buy?? Is that the best sales pitch you can come up with?

11 months agoWe purchased several items from Tony at Zoli a couple of years ago, but just recently had reason to experience his exceptional customer service! We had an issue come up with our sofa well outside of the warranty period. We called Zoli and they actually came to our home, nowhere near their store, and fixed the problem for us with no service charge for the visit. Unheard of and greatly appreciated!! The problem had nothing to do with the quality of the furniture, but rather a loosened screw, probably from our grandchildren jumping on the sofa. Thank you to Zoli for exceptional customer service and quality furniture!

7 years agoThey need to post a sign that says NO CHILDREN OR FAMILIES ALLOWED. Within 3 minutes of being inside the store, two of the most pretentious sales associates I've ever had the displeasure of meeting chased us around and harassed us to not let our son sit on a couch, touch a table, get near a bed, etc. The only reason you should go here is if you want people to verbally abuse your children and act like they're better than you. When I complained to the manager, who was sloppily dressed and smelled like body odor, he just stared at me with a blank look and sputtered unintelligently. One star is too good for these snobs. *UPDATE - As the owner's reply makes clear, the store is dangerous for children. Families should avoid this store.

10 months agoThis store has wonderful beautiful furniture. The old salesman with an accent was very rude, when we had told him we were just looking around he proceeded to follow us around like we were going to steal or break something, after telling him a second time he continued to follow us at a distance not letting us look on our own. It felt like I was in a prison and had to have a warden watch me as I visited my family. It was highly stressful to have the old man follow us around like we were stealing. Once we were finished looking downstairs he proceeded to stand in front of us and try to usher us out without even having looked up stairs, when we mentioned we wanted to look upstairs he told us it was the same as everything else. NOTHING UP STAIRS WAS THE SAME AS WE LOOKED DOWNSTAIRS. The guy just wanted us out cause we were not buying anything. Once we were ready to leave he proceeded to follow us out and stare at us as we got into the car. I would not buy anything from that salesman. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience.

6 years agoMy wife and I purchased several items here recently and we were impressed with both the quality of the furniture and the helpfulness of the salesperson. I noticed a comment below about issues with children. In our case Zoli was incredibly welcoming, offering our son the chance to watch a video while sitting in a cushioned area. If you are looking for modern furniture in Denver this is definitely the place to go.
