Was recommended to Waters by my brother-in-law after I discovered a leaking oil filter installed by my at-home dealer’s shop RIGHT before we drove to see them. The leak splattered my engine compartment with oil and had me worried for hundreds of miles. Waters crew rapidly identified the problem ( dirt on gasket) and got it fixed and me on the way with my engine cleaned off and charging a very fair price for their time. Also the doggies were super friendly and helped me de-stress while I waited. So, while I can’t directly recommend them as I’m out of area, I can recommend you give this shop your business.

I do not have enough positive things to say about this shop. Especially the owner Geoff! They were honest and extremely respectful from the get go after I’d come from a shop that had quoted me an extremely high price and left me feeling ignored and taken advantage of. His team got my car fixed for a great price and made the entire process extremely easy. Will be going here for all my future car needs and have already referred them to several friends! Bonus points they have 3 super cute doodles to hang with while you wait for your car or are just checking out at pickup!

From the first call, Tiffany listened and responded to all my cars needs. Scheduled appointment for following day. Easy to find location with key and information drop-off box. Tiffany kept me apprised of main issue as well as other issues mechanic found. Quotes were so reasonable. With such good reviews, decided to have all fixed. Very clean and engaging shop and office. I cannot say enough great things about Waters Auto repair. Marty helped me to get a 1982 Datsun ZX repaired. This was an extremely arduous task, as with any old car we kept finding another problem after the previous problem was fixed. However, he bent over backward to get the car fixed and after months of his time, he got it running great. Everyone there was patient, kind and knowledgeable. He and his team really do care about their customers and it shows. I would highly recommend.
