Katherine has cleaned my place a few times and she’s amazing. She’s super thorough and brings great (and professional) energy. I’m unfortunately a stereotypical guy in the cleaning department and live alone so doing little cleaning things is annoying and I feel way more comfortable in my space just having some help once a month. Management is super easy to work with, really responsive and does proactive follow ups and checks in after to make sure everything goes smoothly. They aren’t pushy at all so it’s really felt like amazing customer service. Nichole is also amazing! I’ve done a deep clean and standard cleaning and highly recommend TopClean. I hate shopping around for the right cleaning service (which I did when I moved to Denver for 6 months) so I’m super happy now.

We are so happy! Great quality cleaning and easy communication with Nichole to coordinate and she is so flexible on changes/requests (even when I’m last minute!) Super reliable and friendly - I have no hesitation leaving the house while the crew is inside. Leslie is so sweet! This has been such a great addition to our house and I look forward to our bi-weekly cleaning!

So happy with the biweekly cleaning service we've been receiving from TopClean. On the whole they do an excellent job no matter what crew comes out to my home. And if they happen to miss something, all it takes is a quick text to have someone back out to fix it or just make sure it gets taken care of during the next scheduled cleaning. They're very open to feedback, very reliable and customer service is excellent. Knowing I'm going to come home to a perfectly clean home at least once every other week is such a great feeling.
