My family and I had such a wonderful experience with Top Shelf! We replaced our 22-year-old furnace just two days before Christmas 2025. I was continually worried about whether my old furnace would last another winter. Now that the new Top Shelf has furnace is installed, my family is much warmer, and I’m finally getting a good night’s sleep. The old furnace needed to be set to 74° or 75° to properly warm the house, but now we’re comfortable at 70°. Plus, this furnace runs quietly, which is a huge plus. Thank you, Top Shelf, Adien, and Chad—they did an amazing job! They arrived on time and worked efficiently. 3/27/26 update Top Shelf to the rescue again. Late last night some circuit breakers blew on my panel and Will Giltner came to my family’s aid. We had a quick discussion about the symptoms I had experienced and he quickly diagnosed the issue and got us back up and running. He replaced a few breakers and talked us through some recommendation’s for bringing everything up to code since my breaker box is so old. I called with an emergency, breaker box buzzing and arcing. Paul was at my home in 30 minutes, the whole box was replaced within 2 days. The price was more then fair, the work was done perfectly.
