We discovered that our main-line drain was not only plugged but had collapsed underneath our finished basement floor—a nightmare situation for any homeowner. Thankfully, the team from Tipping Hat handled it with incredible professionalism and skill. Jordan, Finn, and Dan spent two full days jackhammering, rerouting, and rebuilding the main line. Jordan was our main point of contact, and he was fantastic—communicative, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Despite the size of the job, the team completed the work on time and kept everything moving efficiently. All three guys worked hard, respected our home, and made sure everything was put back together the right way. I truly appreciate the effort, professionalism, and quality of work they delivered. Replaced conventional a/c and furnace with heat pump installation. Tyler did the outside work and along with the inside crew the project was completed in just over 6 hours. Very efficient and knowledgeable and answered all questions concerning features and operations. Cleanup and respect for my property was excellent. A pleasure to work with and I highly recommend their services.

I cannot stress how much I appreciate Floyd and his team. They recently completed a very complex HVAC replacement in which other contractors were unsure they could work on. Floyd provided true leadership, he was patient to his crew and a true mentor for his team. Other team members, Sydney, Robert and Jordan each played a role in the efficiency of the day. At first, it appeared to be a 2 day job; however, they streamlined their process and completed in 1 day! After they finished and left, several of my neighbors came by to ask me about the experience and also shared how great they thought the Tipping Hat crew was. They were knowledgeable, confident, respectful and customer oriented. They showed pride in their work and in their employer and their teamwork reflected that. Thank you all for saving my summer! When i bought my home in 2023, I knew there were some ... imperfections. No AC, and a 30 year old furnace. I hemmed and hawed over replacing the furnace and adding AC, and this year started getting quotes. Tipping Hat was my final quote, and not only the most affordable (about 10k less than my highest quote) but also ... the vibes were just better? Dan came to my house, gave me a really clear run down of factors to consider, quoted me four different options at different feature levels and price points. He was fantastic. Warm, patient with my questions, and clear about the risks and benefits of my options (heat pump, traditional heat/ AC, just replace the aging furnace etc etc). We went with the heat pump heat+ AC, with backup furnace for the super cold days. He quoted me the full price right then and there -- including duct work, electrical, new smoke detectors, and a top of the line thermostat. Their team even take ownership of submitting paperwork for Xcel rebates! THEN he got me booked for *the following morning*. The team arrived promptly at 8:30a and they were AWESOME. Tyler, Sean, Vasily, and Joe were all individually fantastic - and clearly worked well as a team. Warm, transparent, careful and respectful of my home and my family. They worked all day, and the job was completely done, and they had cleaned up after them selves by 3:30. I am thrilled. These guys are all class acts.
