I ordered a cleaning service for my apartment and was really pleasantly surprised with the results. Everything was done quickly and carefully, even tough stains were removed without any questions. After the cleaning, the apartment felt fresh and very comfortable to live in.

I hired Superb Maids to do a move in clean of a new house. They changed the time of arrival 3 times but showed up on time. The day following the cleaning (when no one had been living in the house yet) we noted that half of the tiled floors were absolutely filthy as were the towel bar racks in the bathrooms. When I called to inquire about a reclean and a refund, Christina was clearly reading from a script and not truly apologetic. She attempted to haggle with me on the refund amount. She refused to connect me to a manager and subsequently we had to have 3 or 4 phone calls. I was given a 50% refund and had to clean myself. I will not be hiring them again.

The cleaning team we had did a FANTASTIC job. The house we had cleaned was in bad shape (the previous owner had been a borderline hoarder and probably hadn’t cleaned anything in 15 years). There was a team of 4 and they spent about 6 hours on the house and it looks like a totally different house! The appliances look brand new and the baseboards were so clean. We had the windows cleaned as well and they look amazing. One of the bathtubs in the house was so dirty it looked black and it was super clean when everybody left. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures! Everyone that came worked really hard and were very professional. We really appreciate all the hard work. We would definitely use this company again.
