PK was a wonderful saleswoman and very knowledgable. We appreciated her patience and help; she was willing to assist with pricing and arranging delivery. We love the new dining set!

As with almost all of the 1 star reviews, customer service and delivery is an utter nightmare. We bought $22,000 worth of furniture (1 sofa, 2 chairs) and spent hours waiting for delivery, lied to when called, then found out delivery guys were taken off our scheduled time to work on the floor. Then only 1/2 of our furniture was delivered but we were charged the full amount when we were told all our furniture was in. When delivery manager told us the store manager jumped the gun and charged us full amount without furniture in house, we realized she (Karen) was trying to make her end of month quota at our expense, or this store has a cash flow problem. The delivery manager become belligerent and combative when I told him they lacked customer service for zero communication to us and he treated me like a rich woman and said, “You gettin your chairs what’s the deal”. Either way, I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN. I have tables, lamps, bedroom furniture and dining furniture to buy. There’s other high end stores to buy from that actually want my business. I will also be contacting the corporate headquarters.

PK is the best. We have worked with her before and she makes things perfect.

Good experience purchasing the furniture with PK and Mary, but delivery could have been better. Movers were nice and very upfront but used wrong color finish to repair a crack (before delivery) and caused several dings on another piece. They let me know both issues. They came back next day to try to refinish one item. Karen, the manager, contacted me promptly to help further. I will continue to be a stickley customer and supporter.

Can't say enough good things about our experience working with Becky Clough at Stickley. We presented her with an interesting problem: furnishing the living room of an 1876 hunting lodge, honoring its past withou ignoring modern functionality. She was exceptionally quick to catch our vision and quickly demonstrated her considerable skills as an interior designer to assist us with selection of appropriate area rug and furnishings. Her fine art background is evident in her ability to analyze color and scale as well as furniture placement and flow in a room. Her knowledge of available product and upholstery options was remarkable. We are delighted to have had the opportunity to work with her. She is the perfect complement to a furniture company known for more than a century of making the highest quality furniture. We would highly recommend her to anyone seeking the best furniture.
