5 months agoThe second we walked in the door, all the staff at the front just looked at each other and decided who was going to approach my husband and I. We unfortunately got stuck with John. John told my husband that he liked his shirt and asked where he got it. When I said Amazon, he gave us a look and very condescendingly said “Anyways….” All the staff here has a SERIOUS attitude problem. Don’t waste your time or money here.

7 months agoI would happily have given the store and furniture 5 stars! Our experience in the Highland Ranch store was amazing and our furniture is absolutely beautiful! The issue we had was delivery. The team damaged the baseboards on our brand new home. I reached out to file a claim but have had no follow up in over a week. I'm honestly heartbroken because I was extremely excited to order a houseful of furniture from here, but the delivery experience was so awful I'm hesitant to order anything else.

4 months agoWe got excellent service from Scandinavian Designs in Highlands Ranch. We had an initial problem with a piece of furniture we bought and the Manager, Hazal, and sales associate, Nate, were excellent.
