Safelite auto glass repair at 4313 South Buckley Rd. and Aurora 80015 did an excellent job replacing my 2011 Lexus windshield! The Call Center had originally told me an hour to 90 minutes, but their standard is within two hours… Their technicians worked hard and got me out in an hour! I am grateful for their professionalism and expertise, this location, rocks!

I had my windshield replaced at this location a few weeks ago and received exceptional service. The African-American gentleman at the front desk I believe his name is Gabe demonstrated outstanding guest relations. The technician that replace the windshield on my 2024 bronco sport and also the windshield eyebrow did an amazing job. Kudos to these two gentlemen for the outstanding guest relations. I feel confident that if I have any concerns in the future this is my go-to for windshield replacement.

It was very easy to make an electronic appointment that fit my needs. The front desk woman informed me that the star would be difficult to fill, but Mark was able to get the job done, without my having to replace the entire windshield. The job took less than an hour and the shop is conveniently located next to a variety of restaurants. I enjoyed some excellent Fuyu Sushi 🍣 while the repairs were completed

Not sure who they're hiring, but for $400+, this is unacceptable! My husband wanted to surprise me with the repair, and the technician thought that we wouldn't notice this giant scratch in our "brand new" windshield! A blind person can see this! Stop hiring unqualified people that insult the intelligence of paying customers... Now, we have to trust these same unqualified people with our vehicle again to allow them to fix something that they couldn't get right the first time! I will absolutely be submitting a claim with our bank if there's any more issues! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! They also made zero effort to clean up the mess they made in the vehicle. Black adhesive is all over my light gray interior! Just lazy and sloppy all-around.

The technician who worked on my windshield did an outstanding job. He was professional, punctual, and explained the process clearly. The repair was quick and the quality of the work was excellent—my windshield looks great. I really appreciate the attention to detail and friendly service. Highly recommend!
