Had a great experience with Safelite AutoGlass. The entire process was fast, easy, and stress-free. The technician was incredibly patient, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Everything was completed quickly and professionally, and the quality of the work was excellent. I really appreciated the clear communication and smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I rarely leave one-star reviews because I try to be patient and give businesses the opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, my experience with Satellite has been one problem after another. I originally spoke with the technician, but after I finished work I tried calling the store back. The technician I spoke with was dismissive of my concerns and seemed more interested in making excuses than addressing the issues I raised. I then spent nearly five minutes navigating their call tree and was unable to connect to the store. They installed the wrong size windshield wipers—one 22” and one 16”. I specifically requested Bosch wipers, yet they installed an off-brand set and then insisted they were Bosch, despite the brand name being clearly printed on the wipers themselves. The workmanship on the windshield installation was even more subpar. The windshield appears to be installed crooked and is visibly not aligned correctly. The bottom gutter trim/cowling was not reinstalled properly, and one of the retaining clips is now missing and appears to have been broken off during the installation. There are scratches around the windshield that look like the old glass was carelessly pried out without regard for the paint or finish. To make matters worse, the technicians placed the metal wiper arms directly on the roof of my vehicle without any protection, scratching the paint. They also manually folded my motorized side mirrors instead of using the vehicle controls, which demonstrates a surprising lack of care for a customer’s property. I have photographs and videos from my workplace documenting the damage, along with numerous other scratches that appeared after the installation. There are also drips running down the side of my car and, after everything else I’ve found, I can’t help but wonder whether it’s adhesive residue, cleaner, or something else that was left behind. Workmanship like this undermines my confidence that the installation was performed correctly. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of work and the customer service. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, especially for something as straightforward as a windshield installation. I was promised that a manager would call me today to discuss these issues, but no one ever reached out. The lack of follow-through only reinforces my concerns about how this company treats its customers. I will continue trying to speak with management and ask for a refund, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this business.

5 months after purchasing a brand new windshield the glass started to stress crack from the side of my windshield. Manager Zach told the tech that this was definitely a rock chip with 0 evidence of any chips. Don’t trust their warranty as they will do nothing to back up the quality of their work. 17 years with my original glass and didn’t get 6 months out of their product.

Extremely helpful. Jake the technician was an outstanding with his service. If I need this service again I will personally request him. He was informative, professional. He understood how impactful a big service is. Call at the start explained his schedule. Which allowed me run errands and meet him much closer to his arrival. Excellent Service.

Scheduling was easy. Safelite sent numerous advance communications to tell me what to expect. But the highlight was my installer Richard - he was on time, professional, and courteous. He explained clearly what he would do and how long it would take. He is an excellent ambassador for your company. I have been a consultant my entire career (20 years) and Richard treated me like I teach my employees to treat our clients. I hope I don’t need your services again in the future but would happily work with Richard again.
