    I have been doing small group classes at RMS for a few months, the coaches and atmosphere are second to none. It’s perfect for all ability and strength levels. They provide a welcoming atmosphere for everyone while still pushing you to your limits! Gym is great with all new equipment, including a newly expanded recovery room and on-site PTs. Focus is on providing training geared towards outdoor performance that is applicable to everyone.

    Rocky Mountain Strength has a great gym vibe! Everyone is friendly and encouraging. I’ve worked with Zach for a little over 2 months and I went from my back going out frequently to being able to comfortably lift heavier weight with far fewer back issues. My daily function has improved dramatically. Zach coordinated with the in house physical therapist to make a plan and help me improve. They adjust in real time and care about my progress. I am deeply grateful for the service they provide. Don’t sit and suffer, come see Zach and let him guide you to a better quality of life.

    I’ve been training at Rocky Mountain Strength for the better part of a year now and I can't say enough about it. The experience has been fantastic and—most importantly—a ton of fun. The way they structure their programs throughout the year has been a game-changer for my fitness. I’ve left conventional gyms behind in exchange for expert-led strength, mobility, and conditioning coaching. Cycling from strength-oriented programs in the winter to conditioning in the summer was exactly what I needed to prepare for hunting season in the fall. The coaches I've worked with—Rachel, Jeremy, Maggie, Nick, and Brittany—are elite. They push me to work hard while providing the expert guidance I need in every session. I've seen some great results so far and have no plans of slowing down! I’ve also enjoyed the Recovery Den, which features a private infrared sauna and cold plunge. Pairing those with the Normatec Compression Boots in the recovery room ensures I always feel ready for the next workout. Also - be sure to check out The Performance Project, a stellar PT clinic conveniently located within the gym. Tori, the manager, is a total gem and does an exceptional job keeping the gym in order. When she is involved, expect everything to flow seamlessly. She also likes to add a little pizzazz in everything she does to keep it fun. The owner, Zach, is also a great guy and a pleasure to work with. I specifically joined his backcountry archery training sessions, which had a direct impact on my success in the field this year. I 10/10 recommend RMS to any outdoor-oriented folks looking to elevate their fitness!

    Rocky Mountain Strength has a welcoming atmosphere, great coaching and very well thought out workouts. Including Coach-led dynamic warmup and stretching after class is so important to me. And you won't be doing the same exercise two days in a row and not being able to recover (looking at you, F45!). Excited to see how my fitness and strength will progress with this programming.

    I can’t say enough good things about Rocky Mountain Strength. I think it’s one of the best all around gyms you’re going to find in the Denver area. Top notch coaches! They offer a variety of classes and the programming challenges you to improve on yourself each week. I credit the MountainFIT classes for the fewer instances of knee and ankle pain this ski season! They also have a huge array of equipment and open gym opportunities if classes aren’t your thing. Plus, I love the recovery room. Rocky Mountain Strength and in particular, Coach Tori G. helped me with personal training when I entered my first, non-sanctioned powerlifting competition. I could rave about Coach Tori for 100 more reviews. Her coaching plan, fitness knowledge, and enthusiastic support made working towards my goal of competing in a powerlifting competition one of the best experiences of my life, plus I’d never felt stronger! No matter where you are with your fitness journey, you can’t go wrong with Rocky Mountain Strength.
