We worked with Rocky Mountain Catering + Events on our annual 200+ person Valentine’s event this year, and they were a great partner from start to finish. They brought a lot to the table - literally!!! From the custom menu, lots of staff who were so friendly and the food was delicious. It was great to learn that they have an in-house floral, decor and rental program too. Gina & team were so very easy to work with when it came to budget - offering options, staying flexible, and helping us make smart decisions without sacrificing the overall experience. They handled a large group seamlessly and stayed in sync with the flow of the event throughout. If you’re looking for a catering team that’s collaborative, adaptable, and knows how to deliver within real-world budgets, they’re a great option! So lucky to have them in Colorado! Rocky Mountain Catering (RMC) did a fantastic job for my daughter‘s wedding outside of Vail Colorado at Camp Hale Weddings.  They are located in the Denver area and were spectacular to work with. Our contact was Christina and she worked tirelessly to make sure every detail they were in charge of was perfect. RMC provided a plated dinner with two options for our guests and served it with style! We had brisket and trout as our options, along with sides of roasted potatoes and asparagus.  EVERYTHING  was delicious. They also have an in-house bakery who created the wedding cake and it was spectacular!  I don’t usually give effusive reviews but this company deserves a 5 Star rating!  Thank you RMC and Christina for all you did to make my daughters wedding memorable and delicious!

RMC catered our wedding a couple weekends ago and I can't rave enough our experience. The costumer service leading up to the wedding was absolutely incredible! They were extremely helpful with a multitude of items for the day well beyond just catering. The day of staff were fabulous and super friendly! And of course the food was absolutely delicious and we received a lot of compliments from guests!

Both my husband and I are Italian, so food at a wedding is critical. Not to mention my husband is a chef. Bekah took the time to understand our vision and the on-site execution was beyond expectation. David's service style was impeccable and he found my husband and I frequently throughout the night to bring us water. Our cocktail hour was out of this world, dinner exceptional. Look forward to finding an excuse to work with them again.

We used Rocky Mountain Catering for our wedding day on 4/5/24 and all I could say is WOW! They went above and beyond to make our special day just that! Jordan was phenomenal with helping us through the process. It was an added bonus that they were able to help with our event rental setup as well! Now onto the main reason everyone is reading reviews the FOOD! The food was absolutely hands down the best! I’ve been to a few weddings and the food was the talk and not for the good. This was quite the opposite everyone raved about food and still continue too almost 2 months later! Everything was so flavorful and tender I wish I had more. David and his staff the day of were nothing short of spectacular! So polite and attentive. If y’all have the chance I highly, highly recommend you give them a shot you won’t be disappointed! I only had photos from our taste testing unfortunately but you can get the idea.
