Dr Jeff is always helpful and goes above and beyond to help educate me and my family about functional movements along with proper alignment. I recently got the chance to try the new grounding mat/red light therapy set up and WOW! Even after one treatment I can see how this is a game changer. Combine the new grounding & red light therapy with a consistent alignment regimen and I have no doubt my body will be at its best. Thanks Dr Jeff! Also, Krista is a wonderful massage therapist. Having her right in the office has been a godsend as well. Together, they make a great team!

6 months agoThe pain I experienced with a frozen shoulder was terrible. Everyday movements, like getting dressed or putting the dishes away, made me wince. Getting shockwave therapy treatment with Dr. Jeff helped reduce the pain so I could get through my daily tasks. That non-invasive approach worked better for me than the cortisone injection I received! Unlike many providers I’ve dealt with, Dr. Jeff takes the time to explain how the therapies work, and I appreciate his holistic approach to functional wellness. I coupled the shockwave treatment with regular massages with Krista; she knew exactly how to work with my frozen shoulder to help restore flexibility and movement. Today, Dr. Jeff introduced me to red light therapy, and I left my session feeling grounded and relaxed. I'm so glad my friend recommended Arapahoe Alternative Health!

5 months agoI had tried a couple different rounds of physical therapy but it wasn’t until I received chiropractic and massage therapy from Dr. Jeff that my back and neck started to get relief from pain and stiffness. I haven’t felt this good in years.
