Only been there a day and have so many great things to say about the facility and staff and will try to get it all in. As soon as I entered the doors I was greeted by Savanah and she gave a very welcoming vibe from the start, answered all my questions from the memberships, the equipment, and health benefits, and so much more info. I have 2 injuries and am in PT, but also looking to get my overall health in check and both Savanah and Ramone (the trainer) were very informative in helping me get on a plan to help me be healthier without further injuring myself. The entry way restrooms, showers, equipment, and relaxation zone were very clean, functional and the overall facility is well cared for. For the 1st time, I've actually left the gym feeling better physically and mentally than I did going in and as I was heading out the door I was given a friendly goodbye by all the staff at the desk.

I just became a member of this gym and I regret not joining sooner. It's lovely, has enough equipment for a medium-sized gym, and the staff are friendly. Since I go mostly in the mornings, I always see an employee cleaning the equipment (if a member works out and doesn't clean their sweat, I don't think it's fair to blame the gym for that). Really organized and separated into workout areas like functional training, 30-minute workouts. For the great price you pay, it's a must-go place.

Great location! Super clean with brand, new machines and weights! The staff was also fantastic. Special shout out to Marquis, the manager on duty, when I came for the first time. Super welcoming!

In town for a few days. Visited this wonderful place. Very clean, great layout. I felt like i was at my gym in Albuquerque. Huge high 5 to Paul. Super friendly and helpful. I'd be proud to call this my home gym. Thanks for welcoming me.

I go to this Planet Fitness about 5 days a week and overall the gym itself is great—clean and well-maintained, and most of the staff are friendly and welcoming. That said, one front desk employee, Kaitlyn, consistently has a bad attitude. She is often rude, dismissive, and her tone is snobby and speaks to you as if you’re incompetent. It genuinely feels like you’re inconveniencing her just by being there. I’ve also personally seen her argue with another member, which was unprofessional. This isn’t just a one-time thing either it’s been a repeated experience for me, as well as other people I know that attend the gym. It’s frustrating because the rest of the team does a great job, but her behavior stands out in a negative way and affects the overall experience. I really hope management addresses this.
