The journey of a new Indoor and Outdoor Unit. Brandon Wallace came to my home and was super energetic and courteous. His transparency in the process was phenomenal and he was on the phone with someone when he needed an answer for something immediately. He kept me in the loop, broke down the process of how things work and what the costs and install process would look like. I will admit, I shopped around for the best service and thank God I did because Mighty Plumbing Heating and Air was the clear choice hands down. Justin Ritt and Noah Nafziger came out for the install of the breaker box and made it a quick and easy process. They double checked their work and informed me of all the needed items for the install. Yet another fantastic portion to the AC update and electrical update to our home. Michael, Michael and Josh came out for the full system replacement. Though it took time, they were meticulous and courteous to/with our home. They made sure to keep everything as clean as possible (it rained during the install) and made it look as if nothing happened and a new system appeared out of nowhere though the process took longer than expected they managed to stay untilthe work was done. The final step involved adding more insulation to the attic and again, quick efficient and clean. I will keep Mighty Plumbing, Heating and Air my preferred AC specialist of choice!

Very happy with the service and professionalism. I reached out through Thumbtack and was called back just a few minutes later. Nick was able to come the same day, look over the project area and the fuse panel, and gave several options for how to complete my lighting project. Price was fair and scheduling was very flexible. Justin came to do the installation a couple of days later and he was also quick, clean, and professional. I plan to use this company again for future projects. I had a great experience with Mighty Plumbing. Amy was great on the initial call and got me an appointment the very next day. They were due between 12 - 4 and at 12:45 they called to say someone was on their way, and then Jason himself called to let me know he was nearby and his ETA. Jason was on time, professional, informative, cleared out my basement floor drain,, which was clogged, and never tried to pressure or up-sell me for extra services. I told him about a problem I was having in the kitchen and he gave me some kind advice about something to try, and if it didn't fix the problem, he gave me an estimate to have them come back and do the work. Professional, helpful, and so very much appreciated. It was a good experience all the way around and a VERY reasaonable price. I would definitely use them again!

Johnny did an amazing job installing my mini-split. He was super professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Johnny and Mighty plumbing.

I definitely recommend, especially if your A/C quits! I was extremely happy and comfortable with the whole experience and never felt pressured. Johnny Camp came out and was honest about how he could fix it, but that he couldn't guarantee how long it would last due to the age of our A/C unit (26 years old). He told me my options and answered my questions. He then got me in touch with someone else who took even more time to help me. Rafael Batrez went over all the information and options with me, and explained everything in a way that made sense to a non-HVAC person. He took extra time to answer all my questions and make sure I knew all my options. Hands down both men were amazing and knowledgeable!
