a month agoHad exhaust pipe welded front to back - pipe angles are all over the place, hitting cross member, rear shock and gas tank - now have a constant rattle, melting gas tank enclosure, not at all straight or safe. $600 for 1 hour max labor and $10 max of material. Not sure what’s going on there but I’ll have to have the job redone if the car doesn’t explode first, literally.

4 months agoI had a brief but very positive experience here. The car I was test driving was making a weird noise so I brought it by on a whim. Despite being pretty busy and me not having an appointment, Kyle stepped out with me and informally assessed the car. He knew right away what the sound was (sway bar issue) and gave me tips and information I could bring to the dealership. I was able to get the dealership to agree to fix it and ended up buying the car. Thanks to Kyle and his team for being helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. Him taking timing out of his day to help me has won me over as a customer. I’ll be coming back despite living 30 minutes away.

2 months agoI took a car in for an oil change and was told to expect 45 to 50 minutes. I called them after 2 hours to get a status update and was told “it’s coming up in line” (I dropped it off first thing in the morning to avoid having to wait). It took them an additional hour undoubtedly because approximately another hour later they call to tell me they got it up and found a problem. So what it ends up being is that I waited 3 hours for them to do nothing at all because they found the oil drain to be stripped and wanted to charge $200+ for a 5 minute retap of the hole (I’m sorry I get labor is expensive but are you paying CEO rates to your techs?!? In no world is retapping a hole that complicated not time consuming). I’d have been fine being told that in 10 minutes but 3 hours later just starting the car is unacceptable when quoting it’ll be done in less than an hour.

4 months agoWent in for an oil change and expressed that was the only service I wanted. They did have to do their inspection as per the company but did not bother me about upselling any Repairs after I mentioned not being interested. My experience with them was wonderful from the people to the service! Will be going back!

4 months agoTook our truck to Meineke to fix the brakes. They did a great job. I’m recommending this place to those who need the work done on their car. Our truck drive perfectly now. Thank you Meineke for a great job.
