This was a tough situation. Their website advertised 20% off on your first booking but you don’t get the 20% until your second use of their services. They arrived more than an hour late without calling, I called and did get a call back but not with a time estimate of arrival. They did not call to let me know the work was done. Overall communication was poor, but maybe that is normal? They cleaned our carpet well enough but left it so wet it took 4 days to dry with fans on. I have cleaned my carpets before and they have never been wet that long. Our hardwood floor was wet when they left which was odd since I only needed the carpets cleaned. I had to call multiple times, being on hold and getting call backs. There price was good for the carpet cleaning but I don’t know that it was the hassle of all the calling. I hope this isn’t your experience but this one wasn’t smooth for me.

The team was very thorough, responsible, and attentive to every detail. It’s clear they have a lot of experience and truly know what they’re doing. Every property looks spotless after they have been through, and they always go above and beyond to ensure everything is ready for guests or homeowners. After reading all the glowing reviews, I was genuinely excited to try this company. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t match the hype. The crew arrived 30 minutes late. While I understand delays happen, a quick courtesy call from the operations team would have been appreciated. My main concern, however, was the quality of work. I hire a cleaning crew because I’m busy, but I still found myself walking through the house pointing out areas they missed. Obvious things like shoe prints on the wood floor. I also requested the garage be cleaned. While they did sweep, they didn’t move items like dumpsters, leaving visible dirt behind. In the fridge, it seemed the shelves had been wiped, but the drawers were untouched. In the bathroom, there was dirt and debris left along the tile edges, which was disappointing. None of the work felt “above and beyond”, it was truly subpar at best. Please see attached photos for reference. When I called to share my feedback, the office staff was very kind and receptive, which I appreciated. That said, I won’t be using JP’s Professional Cleaning Service again. I do hope they take this feedback seriously so future customers have a better experience.
