Kudos to Hometown. Took my SUV to get it aligned - steering was tilted after another shop (BigO) could not get it done after three attempts. SUV was done and correct within 45 minutes. The manager told me the previous alignment was completely off since they steering was not corrected. They brought the steering back to center - something BigO could not understand how to fix. Thank you. Will be taking all of my vehicles to Hometown from now on.

Great experience. Everyone was friendly. I had a slow leaking tire. They saw me at once without an appt and patched it up.

Always a pleasant time when I visit! They fixed my flat tire today so quickly. I highly recommend to anyone.

I brought a pair of new lawn mower tires to replace my old tires. Within a few days one of the tires went flat so I took it back to have them check it out. They said there a small amount of paint chipping on the rim that was creating enough space to leak and said they fixed this. Tire went flat again after using it for a few short sessions. I decided to take this tire to another shop and when they pulled the tire off there were several small rips in bead from mounting it onto the rim and there were multiple layers of sealant trying to patch this. Glad I got second opinion to find this out. Well I will give 2 stars as at least one tire is holding up, they are reasonably priced, and was quick turn around, but be careful by getting second opinion if you have continued trouble after using their service.

This place is over priced and not honest with very poor communication. I brought my truck in because my heater went out. They kept my vehicle for 3 days. This only should have taken 30 min to 2 hours total to Diagnose. Initially they told me that it would cost a $180 for the electrical diagnostic. When I went to pick up my vehicle they did not do the electric diagnosis. Also the diagnosis that they had given me for the heater was wrong. If they would've done the electrical diagnostic like they said they were going to do. They would have found l the cause of the problem. They did not find the problem or fix the problem and still charged me $216 for a visual inspection only. Later that week I took the time to do my own diagnostic inspection and found the real problem. Do not take you vehicle here! I think I should get my 💰 back! What a waste of time.
