2 weeks agoCory and his team did an outstanding job installing our cast iron tub. Given the weight and complexity of the installation, I was initially concerned, but High 5 Plumbing exceeded all of my expectations. The team was professional, efficient, and took great care throughout the entire process. We are extremely happy we chose High 5 Plumbing for this project, and the finished installation looks fantastic. Thank you for the excellent work!

6 months agoThis company was so great! Our water heater started leaking late last night, I called early this morning (Saturday) and they sent out Ricardo within about an hour or so. Ricardo was awesome too, very knowledgeable and quick! I did a ton of research before reaching out to troubleshooting myself and also check our options in case of worst case scenario. As soon as he found the issue, his first suggestion happened to be exactly what I was looking into in my research so that was cool. Ricardo started and finished in about 2-3 hours, including time to have a new water heater brought to our house by his team. 10/10 recommend this company, I’ve dealt with plumbers in the past and was left feeling uneasy and taken advantage of. These guys are quick, transparent, and more than fair in my opinion. Great company!

a month agoToday we had the third service from High 5 Plumbing and HVAC for heating, sump pump and air conditioner. Every one of the three service men did a wonderful job. Today we had the pleasure of having Jacob Valencia out to check our air conditioning system. He was extremely professional, patient and kind. We are considering an air conditioning system as ours is 25 years old and not performing properly. We have recommended High 5 and will continue to do so because every service has been a good experience unlike other companies we have used through the years. Thank you Jacob. You will be hearingfrom us very soon! Laura Johnson

5 months agoJaeden was the tech who showed up for our plumbing inspection and hot water heater flush. He arrived within the time range set up and I was called when he was on the way. Jaeden was personable, professional and answered all my questions. He offered suggestions on things that needed to be done without the high pressure to upsell me. He completed everything on time and cleaned up after his work area. He was extremely conscious on putting on shoe covers. Would highly recommended Jaeden and High Five for your plumbing, electrical and hvac needs.

4 months agoProject Overview On March 9, 2026, High 5 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric completed a same-day plumbing service call at 3117 E Long Cir S (Unit 3117). The project encompassed four distinct but related repairs: replacement of the main water shutoff valve, replacement of the water heater, replacement of the kitchen sink shutoff valves, and replacement of the kitchen faucet. Work affected the home's primary water supply, water heating system, and kitchen water fixtures. The timing of the project was deliberately coordinated to maximize efficiency. The main shutoff valve replacement was scheduled in conjunction with exterior waterline work already planned by the HOA, allowing the water supply to be interrupted at a time that aligned with community maintenance. The remaining repairs — water heater and kitchen fixture work — were bundled into the same service visit to take advantage of the contractor already being on site, reducing the overall cost and disruption of scheduling separate appointments. Contractor Performance High 5 Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric (License #189849) completed all work on the scheduled date of March 9, 2026, finishing within a single day as planned. The project came in exactly on budget at $5,964.02 — no cost overruns, no change orders, and no timeline slippage. All work was executed as requested. It should be noted that the reviewer did not have a detailed basis for evaluating materials quality or workmanship against industry norms, and no direct comparison with other contractors was made prior to engaging High 5. The reviewer acknowledges that with more time, obtaining additional bids would have been preferable to establish a price benchmark. That said, the contractor was recommended and the work was completed to the reviewer's satisfaction. HOA & Regulatory Compliance The project was handled in full compliance with townhome and HOA requirements. The HOA was notified prior to work commencing. A permit was obtained for the water heater replacement, which is standard practice for that type of work. The remaining repairs were not subject to permit inspection requirements. No shared walls or common pipes were affected. Neighboring units experienced no disruption, and the shared water supply was not impacted — a key consideration given the coordination with the HOA's own exterior waterline work. Outcome All four repairs were fully resolved on the day of service. No follow-up work was required, and a warranty or guarantee was provided by the contractor. The reviewer confirmed satisfaction with the completed work and indicated they would recommend High 5 Plumbing to others. Summary & Recommendations This was a well-coordinated, on-budget, on-schedule plumbing project. The decision to bundle multiple repairs into a single visit — timed alongside HOA-scheduled exterior work — was sound and likely reduced both cost and inconvenience. The one notable gap in this review is the absence of competitive bids. The reviewer was candid about this limitation: without an apples-to-apples comparison, it is difficult to assess whether $5,964.02 represents fair market value for the scope of work. For future projects of similar scale, obtaining two or three bids in advance is recommended, even if the preferred contractor is ultimately selected. Overall, the project is a positive example of proactive maintenance planning and effective coordination with the HOA.
