Highly recommend. Let's be honest guys replacing your heating and cooling system is not something anyone wants to do especially when they don't have a choice! From start to finish response time was fast and calls coming out with ETAs. They never tried to sell me something I didn't need not once. They were VERY informational with anything I asked, let's face it I know how to change the filter that's it, they left me with more knowledge than I've ever had about these systems. They worked their tail off to make sure I had heat the same day and didn't give up. My daughter and I slept very peaceful last night in our warm home. They also helped me with a water heater issue that someone else left behind and I asked about. They didn't leave anything unturned here. Big big shot out to all the people who helped Kathy, Elliso, Alex, Joe, Caleb- you guys truly didn't give up until it was right and for that you can't put a price on. Gained a customer for life. I left some pictures of my old fire hazard that they saved me from within the AC portion and the old furnace that was covered in carbon monoxide debris. Not to mention they brought me into the 20th century with my new equipment no more 1981 also pictured the new below.

I rarely leave reviews, but after more than five years of dealing with Fix-It 24/7, I feel obligated to share my experience. Since hiring this company, I’ve had ongoing issues with the quality of service provided. On multiple occasions, technicians appeared to lack the knowledge or experience necessary to properly diagnose and repair problems. More often than not, I’ve found myself fixing issues after a service visit or identifying the root cause before the technician did. One example was a descaling service. Two technicians were at my home for approximately 15 minutes, told me everything looked good, and left. When I later called the company to ask how long the service should normally take, I was told the process typically takes about an hour. I was left questioning whether the service was actually performed. The pricing has also been excessive compared to the actual repairs needed. Most recently, I had a leak in an upstairs bathtub. The ceiling below had already been opened due to water damage, making the source of the leak easy to access and identify. Fix-It 24/7 quoted me approximately $1,500 and I repaired it for $15! I have several examples of this. I am always fixing something the broke or did wrong. I’m not an expert, I just have common sense. I can no longer recommend Fix-It 24/7 and wish I had sought other options much sooner.

Saved my BUTT. My dad and mom are both ancient and freezing when it’s like 68° outside. So when the furnace went down, so did any sense of calm and peace in my life. Especially from my dad. It took about three hours, but my 11-year-old furnace. Got a new blower motor and I also got a new little pump for the humidifier. My dad got heat finally, and quit blaming me as if it was all my fault. What a day. Must mention Joseph. Their tech was polite, knowledgeable, and absolutely wonderful. Good guy if I need help again I hope I get him.

Last summer, we had Fix It 24/7 come out to repair our air conditioning system. After looking at the unit, the technician told us that the AC compressor had failed. He explained that replacing the compressor wasn't a practical option because our system was "outdated" and needed to be replaced. Our system had been installed just 11 years earlier, so calling it outdated felt more like a sales tactic than an honest assessment. The technician claimed the system couldn't be repaired affordably and warned that even if he replaced the compressor or made a minor repair, other components would soon begin failing like dominoes. According to him, we would eventually spend as much on repairs as we would on a brand-new system, making replacement the only sensible choice. The replacement system they recommended would have cost approximately $22,000. I explained that I had just gotten out of the hospital and simply could not afford that kind of expense. Instead of listening, they sent in his supervisor, who immediately doubled down on the fear-based sales pitch. He began pushing financing options, telling us how easy it would be to use their financing program. Not once did either of them acknowledge or respect what I had already explained about our financial situation. To make it through the rest of the summer, we bought a couple of portable air conditioners for our bedrooms and relied on our whole-house fan. It wasn't ideal, but it was the only solution we could realistically afford at the time. This year, our financial situation improved, and I was able to address the problem. There was no way I was calling Fix It 24/7 again after our previous experience. Deaf ears. Instead, I contacted a few independent HVAC guys and asked one to diagnose the issue and make the repair. It turned out the compressor wasn't the problem at all. The actual issue was a faulty circuit breaker. He replaced the breaker for $440, thoroughly inspected the rest of the system, and confirmed that everything else was in good working order. There was no need to replace our system. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend getting a second—or even third—opinion before agreeing to an expensive HVAC replacement. In my case, I was told I needed a $22,000 replacement because of a supposedly failed compressor and outdated system, when the actual repair was a $440 circuit breaker. I never felt that Fix It 24/7 was interested in finding the most practical or affordable solution for our family. Instead, it seemed their priority was closing a high-dollar sale rather than earning a long-term customer. Had they honestly diagnosed the problem and treated us fairly, they likely would have earned our trust and our business when it eventually came time to replace the system. Instead, they lost us as customers. If you're considering using Fix It 24/7, my advice is simple: DONT. Always get at least one independent opinion before committing to any major repair or replacement. It could save you thousands of dollars. FURTHER. Tom Martino. Do a better job of vetting your referral list members. Maybe exclude these Big Box hacks with high pressure sales tactics. I've listened to your show for 25 years and my experience makes me wonder if it's all about the money or the care for the consumer.

Just had Fix-It 24/7 come to my house and fix a few things. I called this morning at 9:30am, and they sent out a technician (Cody) 45 minutes later. Cody, was absolutely fantastic! I had a few simple things that needed a professional electrician to install and then he was able to quote me on several more items. One of which required an HVAC tech that he got requested to come out the same day. I wish I worked with this company years ago! Truly great customer service! Thank you!
