James was a pro from start to finish. He gave a heads up he was 30 mins away and I texted him that my wife was not well and asked he text me upon arrival instead of knock or ring the door bell. He did just that and I met him outside where we walked the property and discussed the pests problems I've been having. James walked me through what he would be doing and spent adequate time explaining the treatment and products you use. Top top service!

Jaylen was super friendly and seemed very thorough in his work and communication. Really glad he was our technician for our first service, left a great first impression. Mark was great he came and explained our service, what he was going to do, and how we should take care of things to keep our dogs safe. He texted and called in advance so we were ready when he arrived and he was so accurate on his time estimates! Glad to have Mike and the Enviropest team as our go forward provider.
