Encore Catering

Encore Catering was wonderful! From start to finish they made everything easy and our event went off without a hitch! We had a 300+ graduation party. The food was plentiful and delicious. The staff (Jeff, Samantha and Jeff) was helpful, timely and professional. I was able to enjoy the event as if I was guest instead of being stressed as the host. They cleaned up and even took the trash with them! It was amazing and I am so grateful! Thank you, Encore Catering!!! We will be calling you again!

Communication with Encore Catering has been incredibly easy from the start. Tanner is truly ON IT with everything I’ve needed so far. He's quick to respond, organized, and so, so helpful. Hi Tanner, We were very pleased with all of your services! When we arrived around 2:00pm your staff from Encore was already hard at work. Kat came and introduced herself to me and my brother. She was very friendly and very helpful all evening. I had several questions throughout the evening and whomever I asked from your staff was very friendly and immediately helpful! The dinner was delicious! The staff was also very helpful in putting the toppings on the cake and providing the knife and plates for the cutting. I hired Encore Catering for a business lunch recently. Katie Holland was very responsive and helpful in building the perfect menu. The food was great, and my clients were impressed! I'll definitely use Encore Catering in the future!

We used Encore Catering for our daughter's wedding reception. From start to finish everything was top-notch. Tanner and his team helped plan every detail - from the initial chef's tasting to coordinating with the rental company to the service on the day of the reception. We had an amazing charcuterie board and mezze table for the cocktail hour and several amazing stations for the dinner including a carving station, veggie stations (amazing roasted broccoli and charred carrots), and even a make-your-own-smores bar (which was a hit). The staff at the event were friendly and professional and very helpful to serve some of the elderly guests. Thanks to all for making my daughter's event memorable. We will definitely be using your services again!
