a month agoSean and Denzeil were so friendly and great communicators. They were patient with all of my questions and able to give clear explanations of all the options for treatments available. They did a very thorough job and we felt taken care of! They are trustworthy and we are really glad we have these services in place now monthly.

2 months agoWhat a knowledgeable & friendly service this company is. Denzeil who did our treatment with his partner were fantastic, friendly, polite & great! We had NO idea the infestation of paper wasp nests we had all around our home. We had seen a couple. But NO idea until these guys showed up! They are very thorough & priced competitive. It was affordable to us & absolutely well worth every dollar. The contract is for a year, they will return for a repeat treatment 30-45 days. After the 2nd treatment, we can all anytime we see spiders, wasps, rodents, etc and they will come back out & take care of it for up to a year. Brent, the sales guy who came to our house was knowledgeable, friendly & polite. I appreciate all of the great customer service! I highly recommend Ecoshield for all your insects & rodent issues we tend to have here in Colorado.

a month ago1 star. Shield Pest Solutions managed to make a bad impression before I ever became a customer. I have a clearly posted “No Soliciting” on my front walkway, yet their salesperson rang my doorbell anyway—and then came back a second time 30 minutes later and rang it again. A “No Soliciting” sign is not a suggestion. Ignoring it demonstrates either an inability to follow simple instructions or a deliberate decision not to respect homeowners’ wishes. Neither reflects well on the company. If your sales strategy starts with disregarding clearly posted boundaries, don’t be surprised when people choose to do business elsewhere.
