Great first impression of Davis Repair! From the beginning of service, Kara at the front desk, was super transparent, friendly, and honest. The work I had done required a little extra time and Davis Repair offered me a really reliable loaner vehicle to continue my daily business. They got my Cadillac running really good and NOT leaking anymore oil everywhere! I'm very impressed, and definitely will be bringing all my vehicles to Davis Repair moving forward! Thanks again yal!

I genuinely had a phenomenal experience with these guys they are definitely the ones you want to go to. They are honest and clear about what needs fixed and what doesn't. They don't charge you for what you don't need done and they don't add a bunch of random costs. They keep in touch with you when your car is being repaired and they make sure you know your options if you need help with paying something. They help you with transportation if it's required while your car is being worked on and they are super generous about it. All the staff are friendly and very professional. I brought my car to Davis Repair to check random dashboard warning lights (ABS, traction control off, hill start assist) and a brief grinding noise near the fuel tank. Before this, my car never had any starting issues. After their “diagnostic,” according to them it was related to a faulty purge valve which they quoted $700 to replace a purge valve, what a joke ! then when I decided to get my car back, all of the sudden they couldn’t turn the car on and had to push out the garage. In addition. They stated that I needed an additional $350 for more diagnostics to figure why my car won’t start— even though the car was running perfectly before I brought it in. I ended up having to pay $$ to tow my car home. This experience was extremely frustrating and costly. My car was fine when I dropped it off, and now it isn’t. I cannot recommend this shop.
