Kenny was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt confident about the work being done. He went above and beyond to make sure my van was safe and running smoothly, and his attention to detail really shows. It’s such a relief to find someone trustworthy and skilled — especially when it comes to your family vehicle! These guys really are ready to get your car in top shape. I went in for an oil change and I got the red carpet. They go over and above to check your car to make sure it is safe. AND, they are so kind as well. My new shop for all of my car needs! So happy!

It is my first time writing a review ever, but just wanna share that I had such a wonderful experience here! Kenny and Tristan are incredibly kind, helpful, and true professionals. They went above and beyond to help us — not only fixing our problem but also refusing to take any payment for it. When our wheel broke, they even gave us one of theirs, completely free of charge. Their kindness and generosity truly touched us. Thank you so much, Kenny and Tristan — we are very grateful and highly recommend this shop to everyone! Kenny is the greatest and Tristan is genius!!!

I am very happy with the service I received. Upfront, honest, patient, professional, fair and competitive pricing, timely, and friendly. I am pretty savvy for a female and will purposely "test" responses and opinions of several employees to see where their knowledge, integrity, prices, and work ethics lie It has been awhile since I actually felt 100% comfortable and feeling good and at peace with trusting my business to a shop (including the one I have been going to for years. (After new owner took over, I stayed, but I never felt the same connection that I had with previous owners...they are fine, but just wasn't the same, and I just wasn't quite convinced they were in my best interest and giving me fair pricing and complete transparency in what i did or didn't need. I have been unsure that i would remain loyal, and after visiting CTS, iI definitely plan on another visit to heed a decision to make it my go-to place for all future business.) Thank you Ian , Kenny and any other employee that I interacted with on my visit. It was a breath of fresh air to receive an honest evaluation of my vehicle without a laundry list of bs repairs and concerns that I KNOW my vehicle doesn't need. Everyone here really took care of me! I had a whole situation at brakes plus and then came here to learn I didn't even need my brakes changed! Kenny was very informative and honest, he showed me what would need to be done soon and what could be put off a bit. They also got my oil changed and gave me a great deal. Really welcoming, great guys. They'll be my new go to! I can't emphasize how much I appreciate them being honest with me :)
