Christian Brothers Automotive Arapahoe Road

I had to find a new automotive place in my area, and I'm glad I came to Christian Brothers. First, I was pleased with the service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me accurate details about my vehicle. They didn't try to sales pitch me or pressure me. I came for an oil change because I found a coupon online. They honored my coupon hassle free. Like many places, they offer coffee and water in their waiting area. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. When my vehicle was finished, I got in to find a cute little note and a fresh bottle of water. I thought that was a really kind and professional gesture. I was overall pleased with everything.

I have been down without a car for about 2 months, other shops had scared me into thinking I had a high bill and a lot of repairs coming my way. Was able to get it into Christian Brothers and they got me fixed and back on the road same day! (Without breaking my bank). Very friendly and hospitable customer service, fully tested my vehicle and left me feeling secure in leaving with her once they were done. Will be sticking with them for all future repairs!

This place is amazing! Bejay and Bruce treated me amazing when I brought my jeep in for an oil change! They were professional, kind and very family oriented! I will never take my jeep anywhere else! Thanks guys for your amazing customer service!
