Mr. Nate Adolf, a highly knowledgeable mechanic, provided me with a thorough explanation of the oil change and air and cabin filter replacement process. The service was completed promptly, leaving me thoroughly satisfied with the results. I’ve decided to make this location my go-to service center. When I return in the near future, I hope to get Mr. Nate’s assistance again. He made me feel very welcome here.

Nate was the person I worked with and his professional attitude and entire demeanor was welcoming. Everything seemed and I appreciate being shown what they're working on before the estimate is drawn up. No unnecessary pressure to take care of anything outside of my budget

Thank you for the honest work! Toyota dealership continued to inform me that I needed an alignment and when I brought it in to this Brakes Plus location to complete it, the staff inspected and reported it was not needed. Worked with Hope and she was awesome! I had my vehicle checked out for things the dealership said I needed it done. She told me that none of those things needed to be done and that everything looked good. I really appreciate her honesty! I also had a skid plate for my vehicle ordered and installed.
