3 weeks agoAfter reading all the positive reviews, I decided to try Brakes Plus for the first time and I’m really glad I did! I noticed an issue with my brakes and I wanted to have it checked before I went on a driving trip the next day. I was greeted by service advisor Andy who was very friendly, helpful and professional. He assured me they would have the issue diagnosed and repaired for me the same day. Andy made me feel confident that I had come to the right place. The work was completed and I was able to go on my trip confident that my vehicle was repaired properly and at a fair price. I will definitely utilize the services of Brakes Plus in the future.

If you bring your own oil and filter, it’s only about $23, which is cheaper than Walmart and most other places that charge $50-$60 They were quick, professional, and easy to deal with. Andy helped me out and made the whole process smooth. Definitely recommend

a week agoBrought my car in for an oil change because it had been a while. I neglected to track the mileage since my last oil change. Andy my service advisor called me and let me know that my oil is good for probably another 2 thousand miles. Refreshing to get a call like that. Really appreciate the honesty when they could have just as easily done the work to collect the invoice. Goes a long way to building my trust that they are looking out for me. Thanks!

He is very genuinely honest about pricing and the recommendations he gives are always tailored to customer benefit. a month agoI finally came to this location after another location lost my business and im extremely happy and definitely suggest anyone looking for a great Brakes Plus to come to this location! First off Ethan is by far the most proficient and efficient manager ive worked with. He welcomes you with a great smile and adittude i trust this location with my car needs and they are very communicative about the process.
