7 months agoDANIEL! I Had to put the guys name who helped me as the first thing you see on this review because Daniel was that great. Very friendly and upfront with the pricing. Two days before Christmas and I’m trying to get home to see family and all hell broke loose with my vehicle. Daniel not only got my Subaru repaired and back on the road 4 hrs ahead of schedule but he also worked with me a little on pricing considering all that had happened. Best mechanic shop I’ve ever stopped at and I highly recommended going here if you need your vehicle serviced. Even if it’s a bit out of your way it’s well worth the extra miles and time for the awesome service you’ll receive. Trust me, you’ll thank me later. a month agoJennifer and the mechanics were incredibly kind and helpful. I drove into their parking lot without realizing I had a flat tire, and Jennifer immediately came over to let me know about the issue. Although Brake Plus does not provide tire replacement services, they went out of their way to install my spare tire free of charge and inspect all of my tires. They even marked the damaged areas and clearly explained the condition of each tire. They repeatedly encouraged me to visit a tire shop as soon as possible for replacements. It was clear that they genuinely cared about my safety rather than trying to sell me unnecessary services. I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Highly recommended!
