Aptive Pest Control

I've been using Aptive for the last 8 months. I can say the guys that have come over are respectful and courteous. For the most part they listen. Although, I've had the same guy for the last 2 visits which is nice. Today I went into my bathroom, I found that my interior windows frames and shades were excessively sprayed and left moisture everywhere which could cause damage. I was extremely disappointed when I saw this. Which I had to go through and wipe them all down. I can also say that this company does well with communication and photos of the sprayed areas on the outside of the home. Which I do like very much. They are also reasonably priced. One more thing, I don't like at times they use the customers water to fill up their tanks or park in front of your driveway. I still think overall if they work with their techs on these issues, I believe they would get a 5 star review everytime.

I had an excellent experience with Aptive Pest Control. Todays visiting person was extremely professional, thorough, and attentive to every detail. He took the time to carefully listen to all of my concerns and made sure each one was properly addressed during the service. What really stood out was his attention to detail and communication. He documented the work clearly, added photos, and provided detailed descriptions of everything that was done, which gave me great confidence in the quality of their service. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations.

My husband signed up for this service a couple years ago. I thought it was a little pricey, but he was convinced by the salesman that it would be wonderful. We have not had many pest problems and the ones we had were always taken care of. The last service we had a different technician, I think his name was Donald. He was a nice guy, but kept trying to sell me a higher plan, which was irritating. After he left, I was thinking about going back to our old company, that cost a little less, and they didn't pressure us to upgrade. But I forgot to do it. Today we had a service, and the technician that came was the one we've had before, Brandon. We had a new issue and had him check on an old one. He was so good! He listened to us, then thoroughly checked, and then treated everything. He was so nice, personable and knowledgeable. I would give him 5+ stars. And now I'm thinking the reason we didn't have many issues before was probably because he does a good job. Needless to say, I will keep using Aptive because of him. I just need to remember to ask them to send him each time instead of the previous tech. (the last tech was the reason for the 4 star review)

Kyle was early and great as all Aptive techs are. He was incredibly thorough and the early appt. Was welcomed. Ty another 5 star treatment today 7/11/25 by Azeriah. Basement done with glue traps replaced inside and out. Front and back yard sprayed, pictures sent. If I could give more than five stars, I certainly would as Azeriah is a perfect example of why I will stay with Aptive Brandon came out 9/11/25 and really took care of us. He found a wasps nest on the fence hidden behind a post and took care of it along with the front and back yard and basement. Perfection
