Not happy that we just spent thousands on a new leather sectional and we received beat up boxes. Hopefully when we get it home it's not broken. Lookes like it was dropped as the corner padding came through the box. I did report it to the loading people. And it was posted as soon as we picked it up at 5:30 Im not sure why it took so long to post. The guys loading the furniture were not to concerned with us not liking how the merchandise came out. Thankfully they do seem to be ok but just wanted to say that the wearhouse people need to take better care when loading merchandise.

From walking into AFW, we were delightfully surprised with the showroom. I say this because we came from a competitor on the other side of the freeway. They did have a nice store, but there was lots of open floor space. At AFW, there was A LOT to see!!!! Overall, the store experience was OUTSTANDING! And the prices were very fair!!!! The delivery—I received several text messages prior to delivery and a couple of e-mails to confirm the delivery. Great communication!!!!! Day of delivery, I received a text from the driver and another text letting me know they would arrive at my house early. Again, great communication! The two guys were friendly, efficient and took great care of the new furniture and the walls of the house. Very much, this was an AWESOME EXPERIENCE! AFW has another life customer! Thank you.

Hello, We ordered two identical beds from your company. Unfortunately, after the installation was completed, we discovered that one of the beds has two broken storage drawers, which are damaged and not functioning properly. I would also like to point out that after the installation, your staff did not give me the opportunity to fully inspect the furniture, and I was not asked to sign any acceptance or completion form. As a result, the defects were noticed only after the installers had left. Photos of the damage are attached for your reference. Please let me know how your company plans to resolve this issue (replacement of the damaged drawers, repair, or another solution). I look forward to your prompt response.

I just moved to Colorado and needed decent furniture at a good price. AFW did not disappoint. This will be my furniture GoTo. The delivery guys Jamal and Cesar were great! Friendly and definitely hard working! Overall from the showroom, to coordinating delivery, to actual delivery everything was excellent. Thank you!
