UPDATE: I was contacted by AFW and together we were able to figure out the hardware pack I needed. They shipped it out and I had it a couple days later. I have changed my review from a one to a four given the fact that customer service learned of the situation and were eager to correct an issue that had taken place many years ago. --- We purchased a bed frame from them quite a few years ago. They delivered, they set it up. We are now going to put new flooring down and because of this I need to take this bed frame apart. There should be two bolts holding the frame to the footboard as seen in the first picture. What I found were two stripped out screws. If this bed had a manufacturing defect they should have returned it and brought one that wasn't damaged. Instead they horribly made an on-site adjustment that is now my problem. If you can't do it right don't do it. Once I got it all apart it looks like they used 3 different bolts and a screw to attach the footboard. Amazing.

Hello, We ordered two identical beds from your company. Unfortunately, after the installation was completed, we discovered that one of the beds has two broken storage drawers, which are damaged and not functioning properly. I would also like to point out that after the installation, your staff did not give me the opportunity to fully inspect the furniture, and I was not asked to sign any acceptance or completion form. As a result, the defects were noticed only after the installers had left. Photos of the damage are attached for your reference. Please let me know how your company plans to resolve this issue (replacement of the damaged drawers, repair, or another solution). I look forward to your prompt response.
