We contacted American Design and Landscape, and Tia and Steve were fantastic from the start. Their experience was evident throughout the design process, helping us develop a plan that fit both our needs and budget. The crews arrived like clockwork every morning, worked hard, and consistently treated the project with professionalism and care. It was clear throughout the project that they take pride in their work. What stood out most to us was how they handled questions and unexpected issues throughout the project. Any time we had a concern or wanted to discuss a detail, Steve took the time to walk us through it and make sure it was addressed properly. We never felt dismissed or pressured, and it was clear that delivering a quality finished product mattered more than simply checking a box and moving on to the next job. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident from start to finish. By the end of the project, they had completely transformed our outdoor space. What was once a yard we knew needed a lot of work is now a place we’re genuinely excited to spend time in. I have been looking for a design/landscape company to redesign and cut sod from my backyard for months. I was looking to reduce my usage of water, and create a space that is more efficient use of area. I came across American Design & Landscape when they were onsite across the street at my neighbors home doing a project. I noticed that the crew were incredibly hardworking, detail oriented, and doing an incredibly efficient job. I caught my neighbor one day, and received an incredibly great recommendation about the company. I contacted them, and scheduled an appointment with Steve, (Principal Owner). I liked him from the start, he provided great detail, and suggestions on positioning of things I had not thought of, or have I ever received from any other landscapers. Steve worked with me on design, suggestions, and ideas. I was incredibly pleased with the entire process from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Not only was Steve great, but the crew was fantastic! That is always the key, you can find a great salesperson, but the crew is the most important! It was an expensive project, however you get what you pay for, and this group is top notch!

A few months back we were in search of a landscape company that could help us with erosion control as well as dress up the outside of the house cosmetically, I'm so glad that we went with American Design and Lanscape for all of this work. From the first design meeting with Zane to the last rock placed everything went perfect. Zane was very professional and really cared every step of the way that things were being done the way we wanted it. Communication was excellent. Jaimi and his crew worked so hard and meticulous. Watching the crew put in the waterless pond feature was amazing. We can't wait for the native grass to start growing in around everything. We love the waterless pond feature and so do the birds. As soon as you step outside you can hear the water flowing over the rocks, so cool. We would highly recommend this company for your landscape needs.
