Alpine Maids

Left a different company and wanted to hire Alpine Maids to take care of our home. Customer service was great during sign up, they seemed to be attentive and thorough. I was so excited for cleaning day and thought they would do well since the first cleaning is a “deep clean”. Unfortunately the team I was assigned, showed up late and did a spotty job. When I walked through my home it looked just ok but their teams “cleaning” was not evident. It even looked like they missed the entire kitchen and laundry room. Appliances still streaky, stove top dirty, counters with crumbs , floor with water droplets. I contacted Alpine immediately, they had someone else out the next day to make it right. This person touched up the areas the others missed which I appreciate. Waking through this time it was just ok, didn’t smell fresh, couches didn’t have those beloved vacuum lines, blankets weren’t folded nicely. Gotta say the job was still not a match for what they charge and my previous team, which I have now hired back, does a much better job with their regular clean than alpine does for an upcharged “deep clean”. When I hire a team to deep clean I want the place to look even better than it was before they arrived. Not going to pay these prices monthly for something just mid. 2 stars for customer service but the actual cleaning is below my standard, not worth the price.

Gabriella at Alpine Maids is an absolute gem — we cannot recommend her highly enough! What truly sets her apart is her extraordinary attention to detail. She notices things others would walk right past, and every corner of our home looks genuinely spotless after she’s been through it. She’s so friendly and kind and our dogs love her! What really puts her in a league of her own is how consistently she goes above and beyond. She doesn’t just clean — she cares. Little things get done without being asked, and you can tell she takes real pride in her work. If you’re looking for someone you can trust completely and who will leave your home looking better than you thought possible, Gabriella is your person. Alpine Maids as a company has been good to us, but it is pretty expensive. It’s makes like Gabriella worth it!

Alexa and Rachelle were here for a deep clean re-do and did a truly fantastic job! They asked great questions, were extremely thorough, and super friendly! We also very much appreciated their care and consideration cleaning around my dad, who couldn’t move due to disability. They made sure to let us know when they were done and ready to leave, inviting us to make sure our areas of concern were cleaned to our expectations. We really appreciate their attention to detail at the end of a busy week. Alexa also brought in a package that had been delivered when she arrived.

Alpine maids are awesome! Our family left for the airport in a rush, and all I had time to do was make a quick walk-through video of our home. They addressed every item, left a detailed note, ran the bath toys through the dishwasher (! Thank you!), and even took a video that helped me coordinate with some other contractors while we were out of town. Attentive, detailed, thoughtful. Freya and David made coming home so much easier. Thank you!

The Alpine Maids team is great. I've been using them for several months and am very happy. Rowan cleaned for me most recently and did an incredible job, so happy with how my house looks! They make scheduling easy with the reminders.
