We used Dennis for a very difficult shower valve replacement, and he was so knowledgeable and determined. The job took a couple of phases, and he advised me on what was needed for parts, so I could get the best pricing and supply those to the job. Dennis' repairs were excellent and a fair price, given they took longer than the standard swap out for a valve and drain stop. Dennis always called ahead before arrival to give me an ETA and he definitely is an expert master plumber. Ace High will be my go-to plumber from now on.

We are having our basement finished and something went wrong with our water heater after the plumbers used by our general contractor completed the new piping for the a new bathroom. We noticed at around 8pm, we had no hot water. The contracted plumbers were unable to return until the next day, so I set about finding someone who could come out that night. I found Ace High on Google, saw the 24 hr service option and the great reviews and gave them a call. Dennis answered quickly, as luck would have it, he had just finished up a job in the area, we discussed the issue and he even helped troubleshoot over the phone. From the time I hung up with him, he was at the house in ~5 minutes and was able to fix the issue in about 20 minutes. It was AWESOME! I will certainly reach out to Dennis and team again if the need arises.

We had a leaking outdoor hose valve and Dennis was able to replace it quickly and thoroughly. Great price and the entire job was just under an hour. Great experience and I'll be sure to use Ace High again!
