a month agoI was at this 24 Hour Fitness to hit a chest and tricep work out. I got a day pass for 25 dollars. Normal price for a day pass however for a gym of this kind I would not pay again. They have mostly every machine in there and quite the abundance of cardio equipment. Unfortunately there was 2 functional trainers of the 3 that were broken. Hopefully by the time I am now posting this review they have been fixed. the gym is quite clean but is also quite cramped in the weights area. The benches are also bolted to the floor. I would not workout here again, but that is only my choice, a gym is still a gym.

4 weeks agoWe've been members here for 15 months. The facility is no longer being cleaned properly. The womens locker room has been dirty everyone's I go in with toilet paper on the floor through out and often water around the toilets like they over flowed and weren't cleaned up properly. There is a wall fixture above the stairs with several inches of dust and there is white residue covering the floor by the water fountain. There's trash around the treadmills and a quarter of them don't work. This facility used to be well maintained but has gone downhill the last few months.

3 months agoI have a membership to another gym, but my car was at the mechanic today so I couldn’t drive there. I called 24 hour (because they are in walking distance) to ask about a day pass. Typically a day pass is $25 here, but the manager, Adam, was very accommodating and got be a better deal for 1 day. I didn’t ask for any accommodation, I was comfortable paying the $25– it was their recommendation! He also offered to go over what a membership here looks like, but no pressure. Well I might just be interested. Incredible customer service. Great gym as well!

3 months agoI live closest to this 24hr fitness, so I prefer to go here if I can. Out of all the other 24 hour fitness locations in CO, this one is the absolute slowest at fixing their equipment. The leg press machine has been broken for over a month, and it’s not a difficult fix. What is the point in the probably thousands of people paying a monthly subscription with this gym membership going here if they can’t get a mechanic to come out and do such a simple fix? I’ve assessed the damage to it. I could fix it. I pay money so you all maintain the gym and equipment though. On top of this, every-time I walk into this specific 24 hr fitness the staff is on their phones or playing video games. This gym is not clean either. I used to run a Chuze fitness. We kept that gym spotless. Then, if I say good morning or good evening to one of these employees they usually don’t respond either. I mean, like I get it, you’d probably rather be doing something else. Get a different job if that’s the case. I would not normally leave a review like this, and I don’t want to leave this review, but I have asked them the timeline on this leg press fix for a long while, and it has passed their initial estimated time by weeks. I want to use the plate loaded leg press. This is a large enough inconvenience for me to switch gyms, and is not cool. This will be my last year with 24 hr. I had my entire company on a membership here. They have all asked if we can switch to VASA, Chuze or Lifetime. I have said no for a while, but this has frustrated me enough to switch.

5 months agoI’ve been to at least 5 different gyms in my life, and this one’s the best. Not a high bar, but still the best. The machines are not as new as other gyms, but I’m happy to have accept that given the other amenities. Coming from Minneapolis I found the Zumba class scene in my area unpromising in comparison. This gym has, at least, one excellent Zumba instructor. We switched from Planet Fitness due to problems with our account, and found, to our surprise, that for the same price, we could have fitness classes, a jacuzzi, a lap pool, a gym, a sauna, plus areas for other group activities. That is, if we paid for the whole year up front. But we’re not going anywhere
