These guys were awesome!!! Thank you, Thomas & Juan for you excellent, fast, and professional work. I had water heater blow out and they installed a new one quickly the same night and explained everything so i understand my quality water heater, so really appreciated their service, efficiency and hard work. They stayed late rather than putting me off until the next day, helped get all water up too. Only issue was with their new AI answering service which was a bit slow but the human service was great. Thank you.

As a part of my new membership with 1st Choice, Samuel came by today to do a whole house electrical safety inspection. I learned important things I never knew about the circuitry in my eleven year old home walking with Samuel as he did his checks. The most important thing is I found out that I had been very lucky. It turns out that the contractor who built my house didn’t bother to ground it. A big deal that will now be fixed quickly. Samuel also noted that a couple breakers needed to be upgraded because of a recent heat pump installation by 1st Choice, which will be replaced at no charge. Overall, Samuel was very knowledgeable, highly professional, and wonderfully personable.

Chase and 1st choice plumbing provided an excellent service, took care of all our needs and more. He was able to install new hardware efficiently and with no issues. Great people skills and went above and beyond to make sure every aspect was taken care of!

Samuel Huggard went above and beyond for us. Sam came by for a routine electrical inspection and when I mentioned that there were three fixtures installed by the prior homeowner that gave me pause, he took it upon himself to go up into our attic to do an inspection specifically of those fixtures in addition to the routine inspection. Not only did he find some concerns to address, he also found some old wasp nests in the attic he informed us of and gave us a great contact to have our lack of insulation addressed. Back when Sam worked on HVAC systems, he also installed a new smart thermostat for us which works very well. 10/10.

Chad Freeman visited us to perform various electrical projects for us. These included rewiring our deck heating system, replacing two deck light fixtures, and repairing a tricky problem on our 16 ft high porch light. Chad also swapped Nest fire alarms in a precarious position over our stairway. Chad did great, and was very pleasant to work with. I’m sure will be calling to use his skills again soon.
