I am sorry that it took me a couple days to get to my email and do this review. I really cannot begin to say enough good things about Nicholas. I have been with ecoshield for awhile now and, in my opinion, Nicholas is one of your best employees. Specifically, Nick goes above and beyond the call of duty and made me feel valued as a customer. Not just by what he said, but by what he did. I have had other technicians here and I can't say I've ever had a bad experience although I have noticed differences between experienced technicians and those who are not as well seasoned. Nicholas showed BETTER follow up and communication than anyone so far. We are still working on our issue here and so far Nick has been someone who seemed willing to see it through and have some consistency with the technician I am working with. It makes a big difference to have that consistency. He is a smart and dedicated employee and he is polite, understanding, and kind in his demeanor. He walks the talk of good customer service. Most of your employees have been very polite but Nick follows it up with communication and action. Please allow him to continue working with me unless he get promoted to a diffierent part of the company!!

The technician noted that he got all the cobwebs and made the outside of the house clean, but yet I found all of this outside of my house. This company charges too much for someone to come out for 10 minutes and not do their job. This company is a scam go somewhere else.

EcoShield has greatly helped to reduce insects inside our house. Their technicians are fantastic. Just today, in the middle of a snow storm, Josh was extremely friendly and eager to go to work. This is a good company.

I contacted EchoShield today. Many months ago, Brant came my door he claimed to be starting a new business called EcoShield in the Castle Rock area. I agreed to do two services,a nice guy;I wanted to help him out. EchoShield sent me message I owe early termination fee. ZEYN at Ecoshield saved the day for me after I explained everything, he got the fee waived. He worked very hard for me. I appreciate him so much and I’m glad that he was able to get everything resolved for me. Thank you so much ZEYN. I hope no one else gets lied to by Brant. Turns out he is a salesman for EcoShield, not who/what he claimed to be. He did get the service done on the spot but I found out from ZEYN that EcoShield sends out an email explaining their quarterly contract BEFORE any service is scheduled!?! I obviously did not get that message prior to the service is being done because Brant had a guy right there within 15 minutes to do the service for me. So once we got down to all the details, Zeyn took all this to his management and saved me from having to pay an early termination fee of $250. I am so grateful.

Vladimir did an excellent job of servicing our home. He was promptly on time per the schedule window, informed us on exactly what services he was providing, and was respectful of our property in performing the tasks. We are extremely satisfied with his work and his friendliness when meeting with us.
