The second we walked in the door, all the staff at the front just looked at each other and decided who was going to approach my husband and I. We unfortunately got stuck with John. John told my husband that he liked his shirt and asked where he got it. When I said Amazon, he gave us a look and very condescendingly said “Anyways….” All the staff here has a SERIOUS attitude problem. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I would happily have given the store and furniture 5 stars! Our experience in the Highland Ranch store was amazing and our furniture is absolutely beautiful! The issue we had was delivery. The team damaged the baseboards on our brand new home. I reached out to file a claim but have had no follow up in over a week. I'm honestly heartbroken because I was extremely excited to order a houseful of furniture from here, but the delivery experience was so awful I'm hesitant to order anything else.

What a beautiful store with such helpful and friendly staff. The sales manager, John Zitko, has such a creative eye. His talents in his previous industries brought such great ideas for our furniture possibilities for our dining area. Brilliant ideas! Surely knows his stuff. We will be back to create more beautiful spaces in our house. Highly recommend stopping in… I’m sure you won’t regret your time spent.

Amanda is amazing. Great customer service, perfect actually. We love everything we purchased here including a leather couch, beautiful leather swivel chair, dining room chairs, and a bed. We are very happy with the products, service, and delivery.

My husband says, I am no longer allowed to go to this store cause, I always leave with something big. I am obsessed with everything they have. My house is slowly turning into their showroom. You just have to go and see the quality and beauty of the items they have.
