Got a FREE! Inspection on my new Mustang and they did a great job thoroughly going over everything and they were very timely and communicative and it was great. They didn’t try to quote me for unnecessary repairs. They were efficient and honest. Would recommend! Ted, Raven and Ethan were great help.

I cannot say enough great things about Pride Auto Care and the amazing customer service I received from Raven and Fred! My battery unexpectedly died, and luckily I happened to be right across the street from their shop. I called and spoke with Raven, who was immediately kind and willing to help. Once I was at the shop, they got me set up with a new battery and Fred offered to take me back to my car and install the battery, helping me avoid a tow. I was back on the road within thirty minutes of my first phone call! Truly above and beyond service. They’ve earned my future business!

Wow! This is probably one of the best experiences I have ever had with an auto shop! Not only was the team very friendly, but also very responsive, timely, and ensured that I had a good experience. David at the front desk made sure they could get me in the shop so I could make my commitments I had later that day and Blake was actively on his break and stepped up and went above and beyond and helped me get the nail out of my tire on his own volition. This is a hard working and very diligent team. Not to mention after reviewing the services, the prices are very good and some of the best rates I have seen for oil changes. Will be back!

If I could I would give these gentlemen a million 5 stars. As an older single woman I’m always fearful of being taken advantage of in regards to what my car may or may not need. I was immediately put at ease here. All the men walked me through what was needed, the cost and what my car needs in the near future. They are all super friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Ted was the absolute best!!!! I will use this Pride Auto Care always and will recommend them to everyone I know. The absolute best experience I have ever had! LOVE THEM!

I don't plan to come here again after my last two experiences at the end of 2025. I used to get great service, but have recently had issues. I also didn't recognize anyone my last two visits so I'm not sure if turnover is what caused the bad experiences. The first issue was when I came to get a tire with a leak patched as well as an oil change for my minivan. I scheduled the appointment the day before and they said they would be able to patch the tire. The morning I dropped it off, they checked the location of the nail and assured me they could patch it. I got a call around 4 saying that they did the oil change, but couldn't patch the tire because their machine was broken. If they let me know earlier, I could have had it fixed before I got off work. Since they didn't let me know until the end of the day, I had to miss time with my children to get the tire patched. The second issue came when I needed an oil change for my car. I asked to have the tires rotated. The service was free since I originally bought the tires from them. I add small numbers to each tire ahead of time because it's the only way I can tell if the tires were rotated. When I picked up my car, I confirmed with the front desk that my tires were rotated, and saw the line item on the receipt. When I checked the tires myself, I saw that the numbers were all in the same places. I have since gone to different business for my car needs.
