Not sure who they're hiring, but for $400+, this is unacceptable! My husband wanted to surprise me with the repair, and the technician thought that we wouldn't notice this giant scratch in our "brand new" windshield! A blind person can see this! Stop hiring unqualified people that insult the intelligence of paying customers... Now, we have to trust these same unqualified people with our vehicle again to allow them to fix something that they couldn't get right the first time! I will absolutely be submitting a claim with our bank if there's any more issues! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! They also made zero effort to clean up the mess they made in the vehicle. Black adhesive is all over my light gray interior! Just lazy and sloppy all-around.

Technician got black adhesive all over my light grey carpets and didn't tell me. Installed a damaged piece of molding that is completely wavy on the A pillar and not sealing window properly. These issues will cost me many hours to resolve. Do better Safelite.

Technician came to replace the windshield of my vehicle and took roughly an hour to do so. After the technician said everything was all set to go, I went to inspect the windshield as well as underneath the hood because it was a crucial step to getting access to the windshield. I come to find multiple damages to car parts and a decent amount of debris left from the technician. I was not informed of any damages done to the vehicle by the technician when he left as if the technician had no remorse for what happens in the process of their work. Extremely unprofessional.

The technician Garrett, that did my windshield was super friendly, very professional and got my windshield done very quickly. He noticed some rust where the windshield sat and he ensured to sand it down and treat it to make sure that it did not spread. It was 80 degrees on the day my windshield got replaced, he was out in the direct sun and phenomenal to still pay close detail to ensure the windshield was placed properly.

I can't speak highly enough about the staff and the quality of service they provide. Specifically speaking, Santana and Jonie at the front have helped me on two different claims. I have a BMW X7 that needed windshield replacement. I was concerned about the aftermarket windshield as online forums had reported blurryness and trouble with recalibration of the drivers assistance plus features and the heads up display, specifically for this vehicle. Santana heard my concerns and we brainstormed a solution. But it didn't stop there, She did further research and consulted upper management and they were able get an OE windsheild installed. The result was amazing. Heads up display is crisp and sharp, and the drivers assistance continue to work flawlessly. Jonie is also an awesome representative. I brought in my Toyota RAV4 for the same job. She Was courteous, kind, and respectful. I would name drop the techs who worked on my cars as they did also did an awesome job. After their work was complete they road tested the cars to ensure everything was operating smoothly. Truly grateful for the skilled and professional team operating here.
