Bluefrog was engaged by my property manager for a sewer-line backup in April. They scheduled me promptly, the technician Jason Bandy was superb -- he stayed in touch prior, arrived very quickly, and was extremely personable, informative, and clearly expert & knowledgeable. He appraised the situation efficiently, and was able to perform the maintenance with minimal disruption. If Jason is typical of Bluefrog, then they are likely a terrific company.

Review on Cody (tech) and Amanda (customer service): I've used Bluefrog Plumbing several times. Cody replaced two toilets several months ago and fixed my leaking sink that another plumbing company installed recently. I cannot say enough positive things about Cody. He's straight forward, honest, polite, punctual, very neat, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. He's so quiet, I had to check to see if he was still here. I also can't say enough positive things about Amanda. She starts the whole process off on an extremely efficient and friendly note. She's quick to respond and follows through with answering questions and requests. This is rare and much appreciated. I've used many plumbing companies and have found Bluefrog to be the best with workmanship, reliability, response time, pricing, and most pleasant company to work with throughout the entire process. Thanks Bluefrog!!

They responded promptly, and although there was a little miscommunication, they didn’t make excuses. They sent a plumber to my house the same day, fixed the leak and even provided before-and-after pictures. They were not only polite but also took real action. On top of that, they offer a one-year labor warranty. Highly recommended!

Easily the most disappointing experience I have had with a plumber. After booking my appointment yesterday for a window of 11-12, I received a call at 11:45 informing me they would not be there until 2. THEN, I received a follow up call cancelling my appointment. Unprofessional and useless. Incredibly frustrating experience, would recommend any alternative available if you are looking for reliable plumbing

Blue Frog is one of the most conscience, reasonable, efficient, & overall best plumbing companies we have worked with. They are so responsive, keep us updated with communication so we know what's going on, and very professional. Shout out to Jerome!
