Paid almost 500.00 for our first services, was told the rest of the visits would be free. 1 month after we had another home visit and I was told our card didn't go through for 149.99. I was so confused. Called the company, told them I dont want anymore payments to come out and they told me I was in a 2 year contract. For a rodent company??? Are you serious!!! I was never told I was signing a contract? Im trying to remember if I ever signed anything because no one ever showed me a contract? The lady said the call was recorded when I signed up for services but wouldn't let us hear the recording said she would give us a credit but we still have to pay throughout the year even though we dont want services anymore. We just bought our house, living paycheck to paycheck, surviving off credit cards at the moment, me and my husband are suffering health issues. My husband goes in for a major surgery tomorrow and I have been suffering major health issues where I can barely work but I have to put in extra hours to pay these people over a thousand dollars for 2 years to put traps around the house and spray chemical poison which I have MCAS flare ups all the time. I lived in Camp Lejunne where the land was contaminated, nearly died at the age of 7. Im severely hypoallergenic and cannot have chemicals around me. They never even asked if it was okay to spray and a bunch of the spray leaked all over my house, I had to clean it all up. The last visit they told us it would be extra to pay to spray and we told them we weren't interested. This company totally scammed us. After reading the reviews it looks like they scammed a lot of people. Dont trust the good reviews, everyone uses AI generated ones these days. There was never any rodents caught in their traps so its been a total waste of money...if you want any issues resolved contact Better Business Bureau. It was resolved the next day.

Adrian always gives a friendly notification when he's going to be at the property, giving ample time to make sure that the dog is inside. Always quick and efficient. He also always checks in to make sure there are no issues with additional pests seen in the neighborhood. Thanks Adrian!

I was a customer for over 6 years on quarterly service. I canceled service today, unscheduled service yesterday. Horrific customer service, every visit they will try to upsell you on everything from additional mice, bees, wasps, ect. They want to charge you extra for everything. I finally had enough and decided to cancel service today. To top it off they refused to reverse the charge from yesterday when no one was home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Richard was kind, well informed and easy to communicate with. He did a great job arming the interior and exterior. Hoping to be rid of mice with in two weeks :)
