2 months agoAxiom provided a comprehensive pest/insect extermination solution—they wipe out the nests/eggs all the way to the property borders—that works and is people-safe. They got rid of our wasp mess, piece of cake! The customer service is excellent, and they offer very flexible scheduling. Account reps are professional and courteous, especially Carter! Thanks, Axiom. Definitely recommend!

3 months agoI have tried and tried serveal times with this company but its like talking to the wall. They come out to exterminate but lack communication and commitment. I have called, emailed and texted serveal times and it takes anywhere from 3 to 7 days to get a reply. I've paid for bigger packages that they state are going to work and yet fail to see progress. They come out and communicate for a couple of weeks or so but lack and fall so low in communication. I paid for it $600 package which failed. I called and asked about the warranty, and they did well for a few weeks but again dropped the ball. I still have the same issues as when I started with this company more than 6 months ago. I am a very comprehensive person but unfortunately this is not the company you want if you want to see results. The exterminator's lack judgment and the manager's have very poor follow through

5 months agoUPDATE: After my previous 2-star review, I was contacted by a supervisor (Cameron) who was very kind and wanted to understand more about the situation I experienced prior to the review. He was able to offer some helpful solutions to make sure I’ll be happier with services moving forward. I really appreciate that Axiom took my concerns seriously following this review and I’m hopeful that things are more smooth moving forward. Original Review: We haven’t been enjoying our service from Axiom unfortunately. While the techs are always super nice and professional, and the schedulers are also very nice - the service itself isn’t working for us. We don’t find that their services really eliminate the pest problem and we’ve continued having issues with ants and spiders over the last year+ that we’ve had this service. Called in this morning to update our card on file and speak with them with regarding a scheduling issue. I asked what cancellation looks like (they make you sign a 2 year service agreement). I was transferred to Brayden (sp?) who was nice enough and said he’d make sure to add notes to my account to make things easier. At the end of the call he asked me if I was a single mom. I guess because I mentioned having a toddler? I was very thrown off by his question and let him know that I had a very dedicated husband and father to my child. He then said he was raised by a single mom, I guess he was trying to be relatable but a very strange and odd question to ask an already displeased customer. My home life wouldn’t be anyone at Axiom’s business: single or married. I made myself a calendar reminder to call back in September 2026 to cancel. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
