Great first appointment with Matt. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Will follow up with more info after treatment. Brian came out today to service our home and get rid of winter ants nesting in our wall (see picture). This is no exaggeration, he was absolutely incredible and above and beyond does not even begin to describe what he did for us. We have hired insect control companies before and had a person come and spray around the walls and knock down webs with a broom and leave in 30 mins with limited results. Brian got on ladders to inspect the areas outside the windows as well as the inside. He took extra time to treat some other areas of the house to prevent spread. He was careful about taking care of our home including using shoe coverings. His professionalism and customer service was amazing. When so many companies these days treat you like you are bothering them by using their service, having a professional like Brian was really refreshing. Great job!

We had such a great experience with Marquise at Berrett’s Pest Control. From my very first phone call with Andrew to the completion of the service, the entire process was smooth, easy, and extremely communicative. Marquise was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was thorough, professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and immediately put us at ease about our mice situation. What felt stressful and overwhelming quickly became manageable once he walked us through the plan. I had contacted another company before Berrett’s and was quoted over $500 just to come out for treatment. They even suggested we wait two weeks. Berrett’s came out the same day and handled the issue right away. On top of that, they treated our home for spiders, ants, and wasps as part of the initial service and monthly plan for the next four months, which I was not expecting and was very happy about. The value, responsiveness, and overall professionalism far exceeded my expectations. It is rare to find a company that delivers this level of service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Marquise and Berrett’s Pest Control to anyone needing help with rodents or general pest control. They truly go above and beyond.

Karen provided exceptional customer service in a difficult time our family is going through! She provided very clear directions on what was needed, as well as ensure I had all of the document to be included in the email I needed to send. Karen addressed every issue I was inquiring along with exact details to include in the message to address the situation. Isaiah came to my home and completed the service, and I couldn’t be more pleased. He was very detailed and did a thorough job, taking the time to explain the entire process along the way. I really appreciate all the work he did and his professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Isaiah to anyone looking for future services.

Updating my rating to 4. K, from Berrett, called me back and was very gracious about the whole situation. We tried calling both of their service lines provided from my phone and my wife's but the call keeps failing. So K. provided me with alternative methods of contact and set up an appointment for us. Very much appreciated! I'm working with T-Mobile to figure out why two of their numbers do not connect but the alternative numbers will. K was very patient with the situation and helped resolve my issues. After the next service, I will likely come back and give them their full 5 stars. -------- I am temporarily revising my review to 3 stars due to some recent activity where their phone numbers were not connecting. It came across as shady since I'm on a subscription plan with them. Could not reach anyone to get a re-service completed. However, after sending them a notice for breach, they immediately reached out. If they provide me with a number to reach a rep that works and come out to re-service my mouse problem, I will put this back to 5. ------------- Just had Berrett come in and set their traps for some pesky mice that have managed to get it. Nathan was friendly and gave us some great insight as to how the mouse mind works. Their short-term plans are cost effective. We are in for 4 months of indoor and outdoor pest control and will see how we’re doing. Their trap setting is safe for pets and they are ethical about how they go about getting them, using sticky traps as a last resort for certain areas of the home.
