Between both Fredia and Brittany at the home office, both of these women deserve extreme recognition for thr amount of effort and the way they interacted with their clientele. They worked around my schedule with moving into a vacant home and even cleaning the old apartment im leaving. If something wasn't rite they came back which they did and redid not only what they missed but the entire section. Great customer service and great way to retain clients as well. I am glad to say this has meet of exceeding my expectations. Thank you for all the hardworking and dedication I know cleaning behind people is not easy work and they did an amazing job with attention to detail and customer perspective.

I can't say enough positive things about Freida and her company. They cleaned my daughter's home a few months ago and she was incredibly pleased. I decided to buy a gift certificate so my daughter could have it done again and Freida walked me through the Process. When there was a glitch in the online system of getting the gift card, she swiftly and efficiently resolved the problem. Excellent customer service, and so friendly to talk to on the phone! And my daughter said her cleaning was immaculate.!

Latisha and Kassie did an awesome job cleaning our new home. They were very kind to work around some boxes and such. I love the freshly folded toilet paper after they finished cleaning. They even removed our stove knobs and cleaned the yuck left for us by the previous owners Would definitely recommend this team!!

CottageCare has been so professional, kind, and integrous in all their work! Our house looks amazing and they even sent supervisors to review the work guaranteeing that we would be happy with it. They are flexible with scheduling as well. I have a very busy life and I am in and out of town a lot and they work around my schedule to still make all my preferred cleaning days work. I absolutely recommend them!

We have been living in Aurora and using CottageCare for the last two years and couldn’t be happier with the services received. At first we had a few different people, all of whom did a splendid job, but then started having the same individual - Justin - visit us every 2 weeks. Justin is kind and has great attention to detail. While I do my best to leave him be, he has been wonderful working around some of the crazier days when other vendors have been here at the same time or our dogs are getting stir crazy. I can’t recommend both Justin and CottageCare enough.
