Two Maids

Requested a move in clean. It was done without professional integrity, poor miscommunication (misunderstanding) and damaged property. Two cleaners came and went. I did my final walk through a couple days later. 1. Windows were streaky 2. Cobwebs in arms reach not cleared 3. Tracks not clean 4. Stains left on new carpet (two areas:living and family room) 5. Discoloration in new toilet 6. Black stain on new white tub 7. Left my freezer partially open, ice melted everywhere causing it to shut down. It was a new and unused appliance. 8. After moving in: Only two drawers out a full set of kitchen cabinets were wiped down. A reclean was arranged for another time. I scheduled for 8am, stating I have to pack for the move. After waiting at the property for 30 minutes I texted since no one showed up. While speaking with the two maids contact, I received a text from the cleaners with an ETA was 9 am after their meeting. They said it was a window for 8am-10am. Instead I asked for a refund. Two maids resolution was a refund of $212 out of $863 was given. This is my service experience. I hope everyone who chooses this company has a better one. I’ve added a limited number of pictures because there is no need to look at the entire mess left behind. I didn’t even bother to go into the finished basement since the main floor and second floor had so many issues.

Two Maids has been providing bi-monthly cleaning service for my home with two animals for about a year now. They are always on time, super respectful and quiet (my boyfriend and I both work from home so this is VERY appreciated) and do a fantastic job in a timely manner. Today the team came with two new members and I wanted to mention what great of an impression they made. Sara, Riley and Angel communicated with me on their arrival time, were punctual and showed up with the biggest smiles. I can’t tell you how much of a difference it makes to welcome a team into your home that are excited to be there and to help you! As always, the team did a great job with the main paint points we have - kitchen, bathrooms, pet hair in every corner and as always left a kind note that always makes me smile.

Gloria and Hayley did an excellent job deep cleaning for us to prepare for a big event at our house. Kitchen, living room, bathrooms. They also did high dusting and interior windows. They worked strategically and professionally. They asked us to look over everything near the end to see if there was anything they missed or anything else we wanted them to do, and there was nothing left undone. To do this ourselves would have required a lot more time and a lot more stress. We are so grateful for their service.

Rikky & Melissa did an amazing job cleaning my home. All the dog hair gone, everything is nice and clean. I definitely recommend them!

Pilar & Sammonie did a fantastic job today on our house. They were efficient and thorough & I am very happy! Our house smells amazing. Very happy with Two Maids & especially Pilar, Andrea, and now Sammonie. Thank you ladies!!
