My sales person, Will, was great. He has a very "no pressure" approach, which I personally really appreciate. I didn't make a purchase on my first visit as I was moving and needed to measure my new space first. In that time, La-Z-Boy started running a great sale, and Will called me to let me know... but again in a very no pressure, just letting you know, way. I returned to the store and made my purchase. My sofa was finished and ready for delivery 2 weeks earlier than the start range of delivery that I was initially given. Delivery was fast, easy, no fuss. They were on time and had my sofa moved in and set up within 15 minutes. My ONLY complaint, is the strong chemical odor that the sofa gave off for a solid month after delivery. Based on a lot of research, I'm not sure that's avoidable, unless you spend 3 times the amount. Overall, I'm incredibly happy with my purchase, and the service received. I purchased the Apollo power reclining sofa. It's beautiful, on the firmer side, but still very comfy.

I knew what I was looking for (half the battle). My sales associate was showing me options. Lo and behold I found a recliner that was perfect for my small space. The color I chose was in stock and I had it delivered 2 days later! I’ve previously had LaZBoy furniture and was familiar with the quality and customer service they provide. This was a no brainer.

Bayardo & Fernando did an amazing job on the delivery of our sofa sleeper. It went into the basement and they really “handle with care” the sofa and make sure everything is perfect and we were happy before we left! Excellent service, thank you both very much for an excellent job! This is our second sofa/sleeper from La-Z-Boy Centennial and we really appreciate their selection and mattress options. Our 1st one was air mattress for the frequently used sofa/bed, this one is the standard mattress.

The store members were patient and helpful with us, as my husband and I came into the store with two opposing interests, and we had to find couches that allowed us to compromise in the middle. We ended up purchasing two of the beautiful, cognac colored Emmons loveseats for our living room. They are stylish yet comfy, and we are very happy with our purchase! One of the loveseats was delivered and ended up being faulty. Something was wrong with the power functionality. However, the store was quick to replace it for us free of charge. The entire process was pretty smooth. The only reason we’re giving four stars is because of that situation. Thanks La-Z-Boy for helping us make this big purchase a little less daunting!

Both Toni & Davia did such a super job helping us in the store both times…& when Davia came to our home. Toni was very eager to help us find the best fit recliners for both my husband & myself. She knew the chairs on the floor really well. And Davia’s design eye was really helpful in choosing the fabric for the chairs….& also in making the design board. Great job, ladies! :)
