We love our new recliner. Our salesperson, Morgan Smith, was a delight to work with. She was so patient as we worked through our decision on which chair and the leather color. Just our luck, we chose a leather color that was reported to be on back order and wouldn't be released until May 25th (we purchased it in early April), which would have meant a July delivery. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a call in late May that our chair had arrived and was ready for delivery. The delivery guys, José & Daniel, were also very professional. They took great care to ensure the chair was scratch-free during delivery, including placing a pad around the front door frame. Much appreciated.

My family has been La-Z-Boy purchasers for 60+ years. This review is of La-Z-Boy itself and the quality level they have sunk to, not a specific store or sales person. I recently purchased the Jay power reclining loveseat. It was delivered much sooner than expected, which is maybe why I got a "lemon." 1. Upon delivery the backrests appeared to lean to the left. It was discovered that one side was actually 2" wider than the other. 2. Whichever footrest is lowered last, sticks out "on top of" the other because they do not meet up correctly. 3. Customer service replaced the backrests and now the outer edge in the back of one is smooth and the other is all rippled. 4. When the back is all the way reclined, an uncushioned part of the armrest is exposed allowing for constant elbow whacking on the hard surface. 5. The USB ports charge so slowly they are essentially useless. I was just contacted by customer care today with an insulting "resolution" to the issues... $200 to keep the sofa as is. And the service people that came out to replace the backrests said the sofa met the standards of La-Z-Boy. I'm so disappointed in La-Z-Boy as I grew up with a quality that apparently no longer exists as well as the pride in their product.

My sales person, Will, was great. He has a very "no pressure" approach, which I personally really appreciate. I didn't make a purchase on my first visit as I was moving and needed to measure my new space first. In that time, La-Z-Boy started running a great sale, and Will called me to let me know... but again in a very no pressure, just letting you know, way. I returned to the store and made my purchase. My sofa was finished and ready for delivery 2 weeks earlier than the start range of delivery that I was initially given. Delivery was fast, easy, no fuss. They were on time and had my sofa moved in and set up within 15 minutes. My ONLY complaint, is the strong chemical odor that the sofa gave off for a solid month after delivery. Based on a lot of research, I'm not sure that's avoidable, unless you spend 3 times the amount. Overall, I'm incredibly happy with my purchase, and the service received. I purchased the Apollo power reclining sofa. It's beautiful, on the firmer side, but still very comfy.

Bought a couch from Sean. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and was nice to my kids. Love the couch it was exactly what we were looking for. Felt like we had been to every other furniture store in the area and were starting to lose hope. Honestly did not even know Lazy Boy sold couches but we are extremely happy and Sean made it an easy decision. Give Sean a call you won’t be disappointed!

Morgan was extremely knowledgable, professional and friendly. She helped me find the perfect recliner that fit my budget. I highly recommend heading in to see her if you’re looking for a couch or a recliner!
