We recently purchased dining room furniture from Ethan Allen in Centennial Colorado. We did not have an appointment but we were immediately greeted by Katia Patterson. She was wonderful. She spent about 2 hours with us . It quickly became apparent that she was very knowledgeable. We are relocating to Co from Ohio. She asked us to describe our flooring cabinets existing furniture etc. she was able to provide suggestions of style and colors that will complement the other finishes in our new condo. At the end of our meeting we were able to decide on a table and chairs that we really love. It was such a pleasant experience. We never felt rushed or pressured into making our decision. Beautiful store, competent & professional sales person, but an absolute disaster on their delivery policies. My first delivery was by two hard working guys driving a battered old FED-EX truck without a lift gate or any type of visible moving tools. No two wheeler, no four wheeler, no lifting straps-nothing. They had to wrestle thousand of dollars worth of furniture from a four and a half foot high tailgate without dropping it. Thank goodness they did. I think providing that type of delivery service is a slap in the face to a customer who spent nearly ten grand at the store.

Furnished an entire house with the expert guidance of Elaine Harris! Deep appreciation to Elaine, and Ethan Allen for making the experience so easy and pleasant. Elaine really listened to our family's needs and had beautiful choices laid out for us when we arrived. All the staff in the showroom were masked, so we felt safe and comfortable as we checked out items on the showroom floor. We have not yet taken delivery, but will post pictures when we do. My brother still has an Ethan Allen chair my parents saved to buy in the seventies. Ethan Allen quality is worth it. Instant family heirlooms!

To anyone looking for a Fabulous, incredibly talented and nice designer look no further. Katia Patterson is the one for you. She helped my husband and I decorate our living room, dining room and den. I can’t praise her enough!! From the first time we walked into the store and were just browsing to completion of the project everything went smoothly. She is SO talented and gifted at what she does. She takes everything into consideration from spatial layout , color, fabric textures , wood tones and your way of living. She doesn’t miss a detail!! I can’t wait to have her help us with our master bedroom.

Experienced a problem get the item we purchased. Friendly staff but poor ability to solve our problems. “Your couch is in town, but our delivery truck is not in your neighborhood”. Two weeks to wait for truck to “be in our neighborhood”, even though we paid for delivery. Not happy!!
