4 months agoLove these guys, love their food. I visit at least every other week. Sometimes for a sweet treat, sometimes for one of their amazing breakfast burritos. I've had them bake custom birthday cakes and loaves of bread. They always turn out amazing. As somebody with celiac, I appreciate their service.

2 years agoI’m so impressed !! These are some of the best donuts/cupcakes I have had in general, not just gluten free/dairy free. Entire bakery is gluten free with a ton of dairy free and vegan options. How they get everything so moist and flavorful, I’m not sure but it’s rare! Each of the 4 treats we got were delicious, flavorful, and not dry at all. Also, roughly $5 each is totally reasonable for any gourmet cupcake place, let alone a gluten free bakery.

6 months agoHands down one of the best gluten free bakery I've ever been in. It's all 100% gluten free and they have vegan and dairy free options. I got a cheesecake which was amazingly creamy and rich(my mom didn't even know it was gluten free). Their burrito was good, the Croissants were to die for soft, fluffy, flaky(in the right way-no falling apart or anything like that) I got the raspberry filled one, regular and a turkey and cheese pesto croissant and I wish id of gotten more to take home. The employee who was working was a gem she made a amazing coffee and was patient with me getting lots of stuff and asking questions.

2 years agoIt’s hard to find keto friendly options in bakeries around the ranch, which makes Wave the Grain worth checking out if you’re at all health-conscious when it comes to dessert. The staff at this location is friendly and accommodating, and if you happen to be a dog owner they have a shelf of treats creatively designed for the canine crowd as well. From custom cakes for special events to duck eggs sourced locally, this shop has it all. They even offer both indoor and outdoor seating. Can’t recommend them enough!

7 months agoOrdered the lemon, the salted caramel chocolate caramel, and the strawberry cheesecake cupcakes. Lemon was absolutely delicious - so moist and love the lemon jam addition! Strawberry cheesecake was also an all-star! Salted caramel was my husband's favorite and loved the bits of crunch. Definitely will be coming back here and will recommend anyone looking for a sweet treat.
