2 years agoI’m so impressed !! These are some of the best donuts/cupcakes I have had in general, not just gluten free/dairy free. Entire bakery is gluten free with a ton of dairy free and vegan options. How they get everything so moist and flavorful, I’m not sure but it’s rare! Each of the 4 treats we got were delicious, flavorful, and not dry at all. Also, roughly $5 each is totally reasonable for any gourmet cupcake place, let alone a gluten free bakery.

2 years agoIt’s hard to find keto friendly options in bakeries around the ranch, which makes Wave the Grain worth checking out if you’re at all health-conscious when it comes to dessert. The staff at this location is friendly and accommodating, and if you happen to be a dog owner they have a shelf of treats creatively designed for the canine crowd as well. From custom cakes for special events to duck eggs sourced locally, this shop has it all. They even offer both indoor and outdoor seating. Can’t recommend them enough!

a year agoMy absolute favorite gluten free bakery! I stop by here any chance I can get. Everything here is clearly labeled and they offer a great variety of DF, GF, V options as well as many tasty treats. Not only do they have GF croissants, but they are truly the BEST! I have rarely found gf croissants but where I have (Paris, Italy, Germany) this one is still unbeatable. Thank you Wave the Grain!!!

a year agoWave the Grain has become a ritual for me especially being gluten free. I stop on my way to an appointment and enjoy an amazing chocolate croissant or a croissant pig. They have cupcakes, quick breads, danishes (only on certain days), donuts (only certain days) and more (pasta, pies and other boxed delights). Stop by and get yourself a treat.

4 years agoMy boyfriend doesn't eat gluten, my sister is vegan and my dad doesn't eat sugar. This place is amazing because I can buy something for everyone according to their needs. Their baked goods are delicious and they have a wide variety, cookies, cakes, cupcakes, etc.
