My daughter loves the daycare here! The staff are always so kind, patient, and welcoming. It gives me peace of mind knowing she’s in a safe and caring environment while I work out. She’s always excited to go and comes out smiling every time. We really appreciate how wonderful the team is with the kids! Thank you ladies ❤️

The gym is cool, nice people, nice equipment. But if you value hygiene and want to peacefully use the restroom don’t get a membership at this gym. Not sure how the woman’s locker room is but the men’s locker is absurd, there’s piss on the floor 24/7 and it stinks. Not sure if the toilet is broken but something is always wrong with that restroom. Also it’s ridiculous how they got like 4-5 new booty builder machine but don’t want to invest in fixing the smelly unusable restroom. If u value cleanliness and peace of mind just make the extra drive and go to the Smokey location or the new Havana location.

My husband signed up for a membership 2 months ago and we went last month to cancel that because both times we mentioned that we are moving to another state. Ray, the front desk guy told us if we cancel, we must pay $25 and if we cancel the month after also would be $25 for cancellation fee. He told us to come back on Feb 28th which is 7 days before our membership renews to cancel and we don't have to pay an annual fee and it is only 25 dollars. We went today as he told us and he said that you have to pay $60 for annual, 28 for next month and 25 for cancellation 113 total I asked if he remembers what he told us and he said yes but he can't do anything and it is what it is. I asked for a manager and he said there is no manager. He did not even give me the manager's name. He lied to us and gave us wrong information. I am going to tell everyone who has a vasa membership to cancel theirs and tell them what happened. His name was Ray and he works in Aurora location and this is his fault because he stoped us from cancelling our membership by lying to us. Nobody is taking responsibility for this. No one should get a membership at vasa. I will not and I won't let my family do that.

Even though , i hate to give bad reviews to a place, but today's incident pushed me over the top to sit down and write one. I am a middle aged office going person who loves to sneak in a run after work, but today there was a big brawl because some entitled wife was holding up two treadmills(so that the husband can finish warming up and join her). When i said thats not right, her entitled husband comesup and threatens me !!! Also that i not just the only point....I have been a memeber of this gym for 2 years and it has become so bad , that i cancelled my membership today . The resaons are as follows: 1. NO sense of Hygiene, the urinals are always overflowing . Very dirty. 2. A lot of the equipmnets are out of service. Gym equipments are getting worn out or are always breaking down. 3. Too many people signed up to come to the gym. Finding a treadmill during the 5 to 8 period is always a challenge. Also lo behold the bicep machines. Its never empty. THIS GYM has become so run down. AVOID like a plague !!

Update: 9/22/25: fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Thought maybe my review changed something and still seeking tanning. Please see images. Note you can’t see the hair and toe nails until the fluorescent bulbs are turned on. Come on vasa. Original: I don’t do reviews often so when I do, it’s for a reason. I am a studio member if Vasa with my home gym being the Smoky Hill location - just a few miles up the road. I went to the Quincy location because I wanted to tan and Smoky Hill only has red light therapy. I decided I would go do my normal workout and then tan. When you first walk in, it looks fine. It’s when you look closer and start using - or trying to use - the equipment. There is more broken equipment than usable. the cables have probably never been maintained severely impacting the weight. Everything has a solid layer of grime on it like it’s never been cleaned. The tanning bed has visible dirt, sweat and grime. I wouldn’t go in there with the toe nails and dust hanging out on the floor. As someone who used to manage a gym, I understand that equipment may be a corporate issue but management needs to do better about controlling the things they can. And take a little pride in your workplace… a little cleaning could go a long way. Also a smile or good morning from the front desk instead of walking in to them on their phone. Highly advise everyone to go to smoky hill instead of this location.
