4 months agoI see Holly at Kinectic Sports Medicine & Rehab and she is such a talented massage therapist! I love this space because it's always easy to find parking and they have an adorable business bulldog (named Tonka I believe) that greets you. Added perk in my book. Holly really listens to what's going on and is fully present with you during a massage. Her care leaves me feeling more grounded in my body and in way less pain. I also really appreciate that she knows how to administer psoas work which is rare. Highly recommend this location both of the care practitioners are truly passionate about treating their patients and making them feel better!

4 months agoDr. Taylor has been absolutely wonderful. I came in for lower back pain from a work injury I sustained three years ago that never fully healed. I work out four days a week, and I really appreciate that his approach goes beyond just chiropractic adjustments. Through dry needling, targeted adjustments, and exercises that seamlessly complement what I already do at the gym, I’ve seen a huge improvement. I can now work multiple shifts in a row as a bedside RN with very little pain, and when I do feel discomfort, I have the tools and exercises he’s taught me to manage it effectively. I’m so grateful I found Dr. Taylor’s practice and would encourage anyone who has struggled with pain to schedule a consultation with him—you won’t regret it.

5 months agoI've been seeing Dr. Taylor for over a month for persistent pain and loss of mobility from a bulged disc in my lower back. This is an issue I've had for a couple of years, but I'm feeling much better and hopeful for the future. I've seen physical therapists and other care professionals before for this same issue, but haven't had nearly the same positive results that I'm experiencing now. Dr. Taylor has taken the time to listen to me, understand my issue, and my specific goals. I appreciate that Dr. Taylor thoroughly explains what he is seeing and thinking, so I am actually a part of my own rehab and care (as it should be). Also, when he assigns stretches and exercises, he explains exactly how to do each one, and what that specific movement is doing in the body and why it is helping. I am very pleased with my experience at Kinetic Sports Medicine & Rehab, and highly recommend them.

2 months agoDr. Taylor really knocked it out of the park for me for both my shoulder and back issues. After having done MRI's, I was at the point of entertaining surgery. My visits to a conventional doc were super poor in terms of feedback and establishing a path forward. What I experienced at Kinetic Sports Medicine was a much more comprehensive treatment plan, focusing on increasing flexibility and strength holistically over time. Now I'm back to shooting archery, lifting, and training martial arts and I'm very happy for having made the commitment.

2 months agoI have had a positive experience with the practice. My right shoulder has been causing me discomfort for more than a year, and after just one session, I observed significant improvement. With each passing week, my shoulder is showing progress. I am looking forward to returning to my normal self in the coming weeks. Dr. Taylor is an excellent clinician, and his communication is top-notch. I wholeheartedly suggest Kinetic to anyone in need of physical therapy.
